Was good value for money and everything was as advertised.

Was an excellent location and the room and bathroom were well appointed and clean as a pin! Loads of good food and drink options nearby and the bus was quite close.

Wifi did not work well at all. The “queen” bed was really two twin beds pushed together, and the hot water was inconsistent. You need four different keys to get inside and they were very tricky to use at first - took a lot of practice to lock and unlock doors.

The location was excellent, room was clean and safe, the staff were helpful.

Great staff. They let us check in early (which doesn’t happen often in Europe) and responded quickly to all of our questions and needs! Quiet area, which was nice. Some rooms have shared a restrooms, but ours did not which was great.

There were some Outlets that were not working. And we could hear so much from room downstairs.

No A/C available instead we were offered an electric fan. impressive that having 30° C daily you can’t use A/C (the device was installed but they told us that in June they “activate” the A/C. No kitchen available. I had to open the door to guests 3 times cause you receive only 1 key. Extra 50€ fee for check in you at 22:30, really? it’s your business!

it was very cleaned and I didn’t expect to have a cleaning service (we were charged a cleaning fee) Filipino guys were awesome and very helpful. Thanks for that.

Difficult to locate, is within a building. Door keys can be difficult to open and lock doors. Hard to communicate, so not much assistance. Proprietor or staff not always on the property, so you’re on your own. Should not be called a B&B, no breakfast is included. Have to prepay.

I enjoyed their plant filled patio and smoking area. Room was small yet adequate and very clean. Friendly staff.

Everything was OK. There were 4 rooms in the B&B and just one bathroom, so you should consider times for using the services but is like you stay at home. Nothing complicated. Additionally, the bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy.

The location is really good and the room was beautiful; the B&B was an Italian house in the centre, so the furniture and decoration make you feel at home. The owner was very diligent and kind as well as the cleaning guy.

No breakfast but the host did offer us a 1 time voucher for a nearby cafe for breakfast which was nice. The actual location is different from the one on the site... Water pressure is low and hot water is even weaker Beds are not too comfy and the air conditioner is very loud Wifi/data do not work..

Far from touristy area so it has good local vibe+food isnt overpriced and tastes much better Quiet at night Nearby bus stations to go to the city center Has a nice terrace.

The double bed was way too small. The description says "small double room" not "small double bed". It's for either one person or a couple, not for two friends. We booked last minute and couldn't find a twin, so we thought this could work, but not really.

Location is good, only 25-30 mins on foot from the centre. The apartmnent looked cute

A/C not work, if it's hot you won't be able to sleep. The room has a very strong smell of dust. Got some stains on out sheets. Toilet sit was tangling and sink was faling.

Introduced us to Rome surroundings and possible places to visit, as much as touristics routes. Not a single problem in check-in and check-out

Although there are a few tourist sites nearby, the B&B is a bit far from many places, so be prepared to walk. Thank goodness, I like to walk, so it didn't bother me.

The room was quiet with a good bathroom. Although I met the manager once, he was very friendly. There is a kitchen with a lot of useful equipment and supplies. There are great restaurants nearby.

Hard to tell which building it is in. Maps brings you to the correct location but just call once you get there.

No breakfasts at B&B, be ready for that. The furniture is quite old, the apartment has not been recently renovated.

There are 7 rooms in the apartment, the neighbours were pretty quiet. The building is nice with a beautiful garden. The location is good.

The room was smaller than anticipated. The 2nd room with 2 twin beds seemed to be nothing more than a large walk-in closet converted to a sleeping area. The beds were really hard.

The AC was not very good. The water pressure in the bathroom was bad. The wifi did not work in my room, forcing me to sit on the patio to get wifi.

It is very clean and you can easily get to the city centre. The underground station is close and all necessary infrastructure is in walking distance to the apartment.
