Most apartments have a few kitchen food items like tea, olive oil, salt, pepper etc. Not this one. Broken bedroom lamp. We got the feeling the owners of this apartment were not thinking about the client. Just the money.

Not everything listed for the property was available…like a/c. Apparently the temperature outside decides whether you need it or not, not your personal comfort. Authorization to give us access to the a/c (remote control) was given on the following day. Although everyone kept telling us to “just open the windows “ and listen to the street noise throughout the day and night! Also, no clothes drying rack, coffee machine did not work… I know I could have kept going to the office to request the needed items but that’s not what you’re paying for. You’re on vacation!

Very well located, less than 10 minutes away from any place in the Trieste center. The flat is comfortable clean and spacious. The staff is super arranging concerning late arrival and early leaving.

Natural gas boiler works loud. In winter time it will be hard to sleep in living room. Candles wasn't renewed. Sound isolation from street is not perfect

Door is really hard to open I’d suggest instructions to be given in bookings (need to pull door hard and turn key same time. Kitchen supplies a little sparse.

Noisy air conditioning and even though a washing machine was included the need to purchase small quantities of powder is a pain when it could simply be complementary in the price. Also many other locations provide a couple of bottles or water and some long life milk. There was also no cloths to dry the kitchenware. These are small minor things that would make the property even more desirable.

Fantastic location accessible to everywhere in Trieste and relatively low traffic noise, especially at night. The presence of a lift and short walk to great coffee and food too.

Two light bulbs missing/expired.

Plenty of space for our family of three. Really appreciated the well maintained washing machine in the bathroom. Huge kitchen facilities for longer stays. And small compact lift to our floor. A short walk away to restaurants, Bus Station & Railway station in Trieste. We could park our car opposite the hotel.

Our friends were in apartments 4 and 6 and they said it was noisy at night with people chatting.

We had apartment 2 which was large with a balcony. It was very quiet as it was at the back. Good kitchen equipment but no tea towels. The air con i think was sensor operated so it kept switching off making it a bit hot during the night. Great location.
