We would have liked to have a bit more kitchen inventory. We only had 1 plate and glass per person. We also would have liked to have sunbeds on the balcony.

The location of the apartment was very nice. We could walk to the center of Verona in 15m and the train station was also very close. The staff was nice and also showed us all the sight seeing points in Verona. One night the staff ordered some pizza on request for us. The room itself was comfy and we had everything we need to make ourself some dinner. The room had two balconies which where very big.

Lack of washing up liquid in the kitchen for washing dishes. Also the balcony door was jammed and did not open.

Aircon not very strong in the summer heat. little bit far from centre of town by foot but close to bus stop. seems to be an issue with many apartments in Italy that if you forget stuff behind stuff behind , the (cleaning) staff say that they never found anything! be careful not to leave your belongings behind as you may never get them back!

While the room, beds, sheets, and towels were clean, the bathroom was not. The bathroom was only surface clean, it needs a deep cleaning and sterilising. For exmaple: the toothbrushes box, shower walls, sink and toilet brush

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. They explained everything and helped with whatever we asked for. Free parking is available around the building if you have a car You can get a bike for free Very good supermarket (Aldi) and a gas station nearby

The property is not in the best area. Although it's only a 20-minute walk to the city center, this is not a pleasant walk by any means.

This is a comfortable apartment to be based in for work. Spacious and well-equipped, with an AC that works well. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly. Although we didn't use them, the free bikes are a great service.

The location was a little further from Verona City Centre then we would like, but for a last minute check-in it was okay. And the staff was super helpful with directions to attractions.

The staff at the front desk was really nice and super helpful. There was even a washer in the apt, and a drying rack out on the balcony so our clothes could dry overnight. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure.

Sat nav didn't find the address exactly.. but need to keep eyes open for signage though.

Had to change booking date and they were very helpful. Booking.com was not as easy as it should be to change date. Staff very helpful with all sorts including helping with my damaged luggage. Free bicycles were great. Self contained accommodation had the advantage of an Aldi store about 100m away.

The appartment is spacious and has a balcony. The residence is located walking distance from the historic centre and the area is safe. There is a supermarket a few metres away.
