A bit out of the way but the walk wasn’t too bad around 30/40 mins to the centre

I thought the hotel is more 3 stars. I think I was expecting more but was satisfied other than that.

The staff were friendly and gave great advice about the city and great spot on where to eat. Parking was available which gave us security.

This was a sudden "change of plans" stay for one night. Acceptable accommodation. Not outstanding in any way but no real negatives either. Met my needs for the night.

Ants - not few, but a highway of ants from room to bathroom. Kitchenette cannot be used - although built in room, it is closed, no dishes, not even hot water for tee/coffee. In the yard - all chairs and sofa with huge holes in them. Overall I had the feeling that it might have been 4* hotel 15 years ago, but with so pure maintenance and broken things today can only have for 2*.

Close to metro. Private parking. Green yard. Nice surprise - bottle of wine from the house after returning to room. Very positive and helpful staff!

There was an issue with hot water - it was only a little warmer then cold one. Unpleasant shower. The WiFi signal can be found only near to doors and it was weak.

We like private and big parking next to hotel. The breakfast was quite good, with an option for some toast with ham/cheese and scrambled eggs. The room was clean and we slept well. We had no problems with communication in English.

The beds could have been more comfortable, but other than that, I have no negative comments. Also, the breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were tourists so they helped us sort out excursions and tailored to our needs exceptionally. They also made it very easy managing a group of 20 students who were on this trip. In addition the hotel was less than a 10 min walk from the metro (Nullo station/ Cibele station), so it made it very accessible.

We had a very bad experience, we paid for breakfast and we did not get any as they had nothing to offer us , at 8.30am the breakfast had finished and a 16year old girl left alone at the hotel told us they only had cake available also a coffee took over 15 min to arrive

Breakfast was extra and was unavailable for our first 2 days and we wish we hadn't bothered for our last day. Choice was very limited and cake was raw, unless it was a plastic wrapped cake similar to available in Tesco. This hotel came up on our filtered search for being less than 1Km from the centre. I don't know which centre it was referring to but I am glad to see now that it states the hotel is nearly 3Km from the tourist centre. It was a steep climb with no pavement to the nearest Metro, but we did use this in the end as the route back to the hotel is all up hill. There are supposed to be buses within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. We saw buses and bus stops but none within 5 minutes walk. The nearest we saw was 1 Km away. It was a pain having to ring reception every time we wanted to enter the hotel grounds. We had to wait in the dark a couple of times for them to answer. As the receptionist works alone they are having to do everything, including setting up breakfast. The area did not feel comfortable and wasn't far from a football stadium - thankfully there was no match during our stay. Though the bed was clean, I did wonder whose brown hair was around the sink - mine is grey!

The rooms were big enough to move freely around. There was a good lift. The key was attached to a large fob which we could leave at the hotel. There was some parking within the hotel grounds, but we didn't have a car so didn't need it.

Location is awful, staff careless, you have to pay 10€ for car parking. All rooms was smoked and so small and dark.

Only one thing I can't accept.. That is the location, because it was very difficult to came there.. If we ask about your hotel they don't know the hotel.. Only I had this problem I faced yesterday... Only these reason we came late... So please arrange this problem.. Apart from this everything was excellent..

Everything I like there.. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable.. The staff and facilities services also excellent..
