Probably a good place to stay if you do have a car as the walk up the hill with the suitcase was not ideal and the town seemed to lack taxi’s. The location while beautiful does require a 30 minute walk down to the town on a road with no footpath. The TV was older and did not have anything we could watch in English. The subtitles and language change was an option on thr tv for some channels but did not work. Although the receptionist showed us how to turn on the air conditioning it did not seem to work. There is a fan in the living room but not in thr bedrooms and it was very hot.

The view of Vieste is incredible; even more spectacular than the picures. The pool is the perfect spot to lounge around for the day. The rooms are equipped with their own kitchen so you can prepare food and enjoy the view, which is convenient as being at the top of the hill it is not as easy to access restaurants. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day down to the beach club and they will pick you back up again in the afternoon which was convenient for us as we did not have a car. Lots of parking if you did have a car. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just amazing. One of the best ever places we have been so far. It was so cool to spend evenings at the pool after day on the beach. Special thanx to Emiliano, very friendly and helpful " poolman". Grazie !

The view was everything. We got upgraded to balcony room, and it was really appreciated. If you ever wonder which room to book, then go for sure for balcony. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull, we used they recomendation for dinner and we were happy. Breakfast near the pool was very peacefull, and perfect start of the day.

Beautiful place with magnificient views of Vieste from the pool. Nice room with balcony. There even is a small playground for children and barbecue area (usefull as there is no restaurant).

Need a car and the road in and out can be a challenge if you are not a good driver. Access is imposable if you have mobility issues. Very steep driveway and stairs a challenge to get to the suites, if not near impossible with cases

Great location with beautiful views over the Vieste city and to the sea. We enjoyed the pool area a lot with the magnificent scenery and the services from the pool bar. Room was modern and clean with nice balcony.

Shower was a bit small. Basic kitchen gear. I don't recommend this place if you don't have a car or for disabled people.

Gorgeous site in a quiet place with an amazing view over Vieste and the sea. All is clean and well maintained. The pool is outstanding. Friendly staff, happy to support and to help. Convenient supermarket nearby. There is a decent gym (palestra) 5 min away for 6€.

We had a Junior Suite and the bathtub was really the only negative point of the room. Bad design, water spilling everywhere and uncomfortable shape of the tub. Also for tall people the area above the bed was dangerous for hitting your head repeatedly.

Amazing place to stay while you visit Vieste with a nice view onto the whole city and the sea. Pool was clean, beautiful and nearly empty of people at most times. Most of the staff was super friendly and welcoming

Daniele went out of his way to provide a room with an amazing view and really helped me our in regard to getting in and out of town. The pool is amazing and all the staff really went the extra mile. Loved it!

It was as expected. It’s a hilly walk into the main town but that was fine for us and ultimately provided incredible views.
