In a beautiful locations with peace and quiet this lovely hotel and staff offer the perfect space to unwind and relax. The heated pool and sauna, quiet chill out zone, extremely comfortable rooms and delicious food are highly recommended.

The water in the pool is at 34 degrees. Adding 2 degrees in the winter would make it even more perfect. But it was perfect even at 34 degrees!

Amazing view from everywhere. The worm pool in front of the mountains was our highlight. You get out of the pool and can sit with your robe in a worm room with a cup of tea and continue admire the vista. This place is perfect for couples.

Nice, quiet place, wonderfull view. Always nice staff. Hotel is clean, smells beautiful. Kitchen is tasty, big choice. Breakfasts with everything from fresh fruit to served hot meals and coffee. We loved the Spa!

Small tip for the hotel: just dim the lights in the restaurant a little bit during diner hours. That will increase the atmosphere.

Sauna wasn’t open before 3pm, but also understand that it’s a lot of energy to run them, so all good. There were a lot of flies/bugs on the deck and in outside the reception and a trap would have been nice

The bed was not very comfortable and the room and bathroom were quite basic with no facilities such as kettle, fridge etc. The safe did not work.

The location is lovely and it has a great relaxing area. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff are very nice.

The room was very hot on a night due to no air-conditioning, this is to be expected in August. It would also be great for the food menu to change a bit more daily for people wanting to eat in the restaurant every night. The restaurant could do with modernising (more music, dimmer lighting) to be inkeeping with the feel of the rest of the property.

Loved the facilities and the spa was exceptional. We loved the pool and the sound room on an evening to watch the sunset or lightening if you are lucky enough to get a storm. Staff were brilliant and we enjoyed the wine and food.

Nothing! Except perhaps the car park can be a little squeeze when it gets full but wasn't a problem for us as we had hired a fiat 500!

Rooms are amazing with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional and facilities (pool, sauna, relaxation room) were a great addition. Cleanliness 10/10. We stayed here for four nights as part of our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Staff were so friendly and you could tell they loved their job which makes a huge difference. Can't recommend it enough and so pleased we stayed here. Free parking on site was also great as we had hired a car. Thank you for having us!

Nothing. Everything was superb.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We were greeted with a welcome drink which was very lovely. The had outstanding views of the mountains from our room and the pool, saunas, and quiet rooms were so relaxing. The entire hotel including our room smelled like a spa- super relaxing! It was very quiet and peaceful. Also Augustina and other staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out at 5am and wanted to clear the bill the night before but the manager had already left for the night. He drove back at 11:30 pm to help us settle the bill and was so nice about it and didn’t make us feel burdensome. Overall a fantastic place and we can’t wait to be back.

Since we brought our dogs, it wasn't so ideal for walking out the door and finding a place to walk. First we had to walk along the road - there was a sidewalk for a little ways, and then we had to turn off.

The beds were so comfortable, we slept wonderfully. We felt so spoiled staying in such a nice place. The room was large and we really liked having the bedroom upstairs. The pool, after they turned the heat up, was terrific for relaxing after a hike on the Alpe. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. It was so quiet at night, and the mountain right in front was very photogenic.

There’s no coffee and tea in the room. The pool and the room were a bit cold. The room temperature can’t be controlled by the guests.
