We love this accommodation so much since the unit shows the fantastic taste of the owner. The renovation is modern and very high class Italian. The brekky is fancy and delish as well. The location is pretty close to everywhere.

The location was great, close to the trevi fountain. The owner really makes you feel like you are at home. We were sad we could only make one breakfast during our stay. We definitely want to go back. The orange juice is out of this world.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We loved the hospitality we received from the both Veronica and Carmelo. They provided us with the most incredible lasting memory of Rome because of their generous hospitality and the small touches in creating the perfect stay. The food was divine, the accommodation was stylish and the service personalised to create an attentive touch to any guests stay. We would return in a heartbeat to Residenza B. The breakfast options were varied, fresh & delicious, including freshly squeezed orange juice on request. The decor was lovely and my room was large and quiet with a great view over the Barberini gardens. The two owners were very polite, charming and helpful.

It was super clean with a homely ambience. The hosts were very welcoming, kept the place smelling lovely as well as put on the best breakfast we’ve ever had when abroad. In addition to this they always had tea, coffee and fresh cake available throughout the day and night.

We had such an incredible stay and would definitely recommend this for your travel to Rome. Everyone was so lovely, and the breakfast was incredible. The property is beautiful, and they were so kind to upgrade us upon arrival. It’s also in a perfect location, so close to the Trevi Fountain and many other things to see. We hope to come back soon!

Wow!!! What an impressive B&B. Very modern and chic. The room looked and was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean modern and had a nice shower. Had a lovely view outside. Air conditioning was excellent and much appreciated after walking around on a hot day. The breakfast was impressive with high quality pastries and standard breakfast items. The host, Camillo, went out of his way to make sure our stay was excellent. He was easy to reach and get ahold of and very clear in communications. The location of the B&B is very convenient to the Metro and only 15 min or less walk from Termi train station. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Residenza B is an exceptional and charmingly run place in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. The warm welcome, the tasteful ambience, the top facilities, the view into a baroque garden etc. were only topped by Veronica's cakes. We enjoyed it a lot and will be very happy to come back!

Everything was great, no complaints at all.

The location was just perfect, so central that we walked to most places that we wanted to visit! It also meant we weren't stressed about transport etc. The stay was fantastic and most comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we didn't want for anything at all. The breakfast is amazing, and we would've loved to have a few more late mornings there just for the breakfast!! 😍
