Everything exceeded our expectations

Residenza Cristian was absolutely fantastic, I booked two nights but I will definitely add more on my next visit. The view from the balcony is something else and the area around is so peaceful and calm. The flat is very clean and close to bar and restaurants, the host is amazing and welcomed us with a big smile and everything we needed to spend two days around Lake Como! I am very glad we have booked here and I highly recommend Residenza Christian to anyone travelling to Lake Como ☺️ Keep up the great job 🙌

Nothing. It was perfect.

The host was exceptional. After my plans put us in the location just a little late, he met me and the family later to give us the keys. The location is fabulous and the views are remarkable. As for the apartment, looks brand new and fir our family of four perfect. I can't say enough about how great the experience was.

The garage is small and will be a difficult experience with a bigger car. The apartment is on the top floor, which can be challenging for some people. The bathroom has a bathtub but no place to set the shower, so you need to hold it while having a shower. No coffee machene but there was a Moka Pot.

Stunning view! The apparent is spacious with 2 separate rooms. Private and safe garage. The host is very positive and eager to help and communicate, despite the fact that he does not speak English - the attitude is great! :) Cozy place with different lightening for any mood you need. Thank you! :)

The view, the cleanliness, and location were amazing! This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay here again! There was also free parking and the host was super nice and guided us to the right spot, which was appreciated since we were not familiar with the area. We also appreciated having the shore, some restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our favorite spot was definitely the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains!

The location was excellent. Within easy reach of everywhere and a really pleasant little community in and of itself. The views were breathtaking, like living in a postcard. Well worth it!

Nothing, everything was great

Nice, modern, clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom and a washing machine. It has a stunning views over the lake, and a nice size kitchen/diner for 8 people. The host is lovely, very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns we had during our stay. Highly recommended, there are 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate 2 families of 4.

The parking location was not ideal, but was at least free and the host helped me get there. We could only check in very late (16h40), but seeing as we only booked one day before, I didn't not question it.

The location was great, the apartment was well kitted with everything you need to cook. The view was amazing even when we had rainy weather! The apartment was also very modern, spacious and comfortable. The host does not speak much English, so just come prepared with Google Translate app or so. We took a drive up through to Splugen (Switzerland) which was very special for my wife who had never seen snow (coming from South Africa).

The only thing better than the apartment was the kindness of the owner, when our car with roof box was to high for the garage he immediately helped me to take it of. The apartment was very well located, a very nice view over como lake, very well equipped and super clean.
