Only 2 things I feel I should mention; 1) Rooms/ bathrooms needs some hooks. Nowhere to hang your "stuff". Visited end of March which definitely is NOT winter, autumn with many warmer days.. and the heaters were always full blast.. did not like that.

location is great, beautiful hotel with stunning decor and history.. Breakfast venue absolutely fantastic!!! Lovely staff.

The shower in the tub is badly designed and while I understand it’s a period building it would be safer to not have a shower in a tub with a round bottom, because it’s impossible to stand up safely without slipping over and cracking your head

It’s very well appointed, very comfortable and lovely staff, very helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely view and a lovely room. To the hotels credit when I explained the danger I face taking a shower in a slippery bathtub they kindly moved us to a room with a walk in shower. Very helpful, very easy to talk to, there weren’t any excuses or bargaining they just made sure we were totally taken care of. Definitely this is a first class establishment.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The rooms are so luxurious, the location is in close proximity to everything, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the roof terrace had a better view than any rooftop bar we visited. Would highly recommend and will return in the future!

The esthetics and beautiful modern decor. Great spaces to relax and unwind. Staff were extremely professional, kind, and very helpful. Also the staff were super nice in arranging our two dinner reaervations

Super convenient location close to all the luxury stores, laundromat, great restaurants. It is really a gem of a hotel. This hotel made our Florence stay so enjoyable. The staff also were friendly and helpful. One night I found out that the sheets had stains in them and looked unclean but the hotel staff changed them in no time and were really apologetic. There was also complimentary bottled water which we really appreciated. The water pressure in the shower room was excellent, and the lighting was super cool. I liked how there's two sinks for two people. The room was spacious and everything was so well thought out. It's one of the best hotels we stayed in in Italy - also in comparison to a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend anyone to stay when visiting Florence.

There are no words would be expressed about this place, from the staff members and room and the view and location i do recommend to book at this place and try to get the exclusive rooms do not miss it out once your visit Florence this is my place gonna be when visiting Florence for the next time.

Wish there was Netflix on the main tv and not just Italian to channels. The living room area had the Netflix account but who wants to watch Netflix from the sofa when the tv is more comfortable after a long day? The only negative, really!

The suite with the river view was honestly to die for. The ceiling with the art was chef’s kiss! Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. Location is great, by the way. You’re basically about 10-12 mins away from the sight seeing. I’d describe the location as excellent also because it’s got all the designer stores a stones throw away. It’s the fabulous, swanky bit of the city, but around the corner so it’s quite quiet and peaceful, still. I’ll return next summer!

It is said that they have a parking that for me means it is for free, but the parking is actually 30-35 euro per day, depending on the size of the car. Plus there is no mirror in the room for the except of the bathroom

We were very happy with the hotel.

The location is excellent - right next to the Ponte Santa Trinita. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was made up every day, and all towels, toiletries and refreshments were topped up.

Very few plugs in the room, and two sizes of European sockets. The only larger socket was under the desk and not easily accessible plus we had to keep plugging and unplugging as was used for the kettle. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Really large room with very high ceiling, and excellent bathroom, massive wardrobe space. Large comfortable bed. Hotel was wight on the Arno, and easy walk to all the main attractions. The also provided an umbrella which was useful for the couple of days it rained.

Beds were definitely on the harder side and the walls were fairly thin so we could hear our neighbors.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and considerate. The AC worked really well and I was very grateful for an elevator.
