Amazing place just meters from Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. Rooms was amazing with beautiful ceiling and wall paintings, clean and spacious. Host was amazing giving us very good tips to explore the city and places to eat. I would definitely use this hotel if I am to return to Siena (the Duomo is one of the most beautiful churches I have seen) and would recommend it to friends and family.

Inevitably in Siena parking was some distance from the hotel, but the actual car park was covered and secure. It's not a negative, just a statement of geographical fact.

Unfortunately the hot water in our bathroom was broken during our stay. It was hot in the beginning and soon went cold and cannot go warm again quickly even when I shut and open it again. I understand it was not Ada’s fault and she was always trying to help but it was too late at night so she could not call the assistant to help. We end up having a very quick bath. Hope the hot water gets fixed soon.

The location is perfect. Just steps away from all the main attractions. Ada was very helpful providing all the information such as what to eat and things to see. The fresco in the room is very special.

Our hostess, ADA, helped us with everything. The beds were so comfortable, it was difficult to get up and going in the morning. Can not wait to visit again!

Bath is a bit small but there was plenty of hot water & overall not a problem.

Staff was just great. Terrific meal suggestion and things to see and do. Room is historic and enjoyable if not luxurious. They have an even nicer room on a higher floor which we initially booked but had to change the date (my fault). We'd like to go back to the same place no matter which room we get.

The coffee was delicious (no breakfast) Our host, Ada was very helpful and pleasant. Getting a taxi back to our parking garage was difficult but Ada persisted and made arrangements with the driver to take us into the parking garage and show us what to do.

Due to its location, there are challenges for a taxi to get to the property so pack light. We arrived in Siena from the train station and it was took roughly 30 minutes to catch a taxi so if possible, make arrangements for a driver.

Massimo and Ada made this place so welcoming. We arrived later than expected however Massimo was super friendly and patient. We were lucky to get a room with an amazing ceiling mural. The facility was located conveniently in the city center with many great food and shopping options.

Wonderful BnB in the heart of Siena, perfect walking distances to all main tourist spots in the city. The owner of the BnB helped us with all needs to reach the city, and once there made sure our stay was perfect, giving us recommendations on what to visit and where to dine.

We quickly realized that 1 day was not nearly enough time to enjoy this property. The room was exceptional, the history of the building was mesmerizing, and our host, Ada, was amazing. She genuinely cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible, and is without a doubt the best host that we have ever encountered. The owner, if you are lucky enough to meet him, is the epitome of a proud Siennese citizen- friendly and charming. We will return someday!

Room size is a bit small.

Excellent location. Our room is decorated with beautiful frescoes on the walls and ceiling. Excellent service provided by Andrea and Ada which made our stay memorable!
