Rosa was really helpful. The location is perfect. Quiet once you are inside, huge, and historical. Very central too. Sara and Rosa were very helpful. I would come back here, and have already recommended this place to friends. So spacious, light and perfect for a solo trip or a room for two.

Ignore the sad face because this is minor issues.. A little more light in the bathroom would have been nice. The lighting was adequate, adding more would have made it excellent.

The fit and finish of the room was very stylish, and had a sweet, little, private terrace accessible via French doors. The location was perfect -- 1 minutes to the sites. Hosts were regularly in communication. We could not have asked for a better location as we were so close to the sites. We also enjoyed complimentary morning coffee and a biscuit then visited the cafe on the corner for a budget friendly breakfast. Luggage storage preceding and after our stay was much appreciated. There was a slight hiccup with our luggage pickup: the property uses a website to give remote access to the luggage room, and the wifi at the property was offline, so the primary path failed. That said, we called the phone number to request help, and the host was there to let us in within 5 minutes. Again, the staff is very helpful and responsive. Were I to store luggage again, I would assure myself of the staff's availability when I planned to return in case the remote system failed.

We loved everything about this place. The rooms are stunning and so comfortable. Rosie and her staff were absolutely amazing! They treated my daughter like a princess! It was a great location for the things we wanted to do! Staying here was an absolute dream! If I ever go back to Florence I will choose this place every time!

The hotel is on a high trafficked street in the city center which is convenient if you want to get out and sightsee, however my initial room was facing it and the drunks wandering around late into the evening kept me up later than I would have liked - but that's part of the adventure I suppose. :) I realize the hotel doesn't have much control over this, but I thought I would mention it so others can keep it in mind if that sort of thing is a deal breaker for them. The room I stayed in the second evening was facing an interior courtyard and was very quiet and pleasant.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I originally had been planning on doing a one night 'staycation' but liked the hotel so much I ended up extending an additional night! The room I was in originally wasn't available for the second evening, fortunately an alternative was available and they kindly moved my bags into it when it was ready. I would also like to mention that the rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable, overall this hotel was worth the price and I would stay here again.

The air was a little bit stale. The hairdryer was not working. Balcony doors are not maintained well and you'll have trouble opening it.

Location cannot be better in Florence. You're literally 5 minutes walking from Duomo and 15 from the train station. The apartment is cozy, with beautiful murals probably from the renaissance period. There is no traffic, cause it is a pedestrian zone. You'll have a couple of markets nearby, and a really great gelateria called "Amorino".

A fantastic place, right in the heart of Florence! Great Rennaissance atmosphere inside! Everybody was very nice, the accomodation was very easy, they helped us with questions about restaurants and local favorites, maps, etc. Walking distance from every major attraction in the city and the train station. Couldn't ask for more! Rosa made sure our room was clean every day! Thank you! Definitely recommend! Hope to go back some time soon!

If someone has a lot of luggage they might struggle with the stairs

This is a boutique hotel style that has only 5-6 rooms. The rooms are located in a Historical building, which in itself was quite an experience. The rooms are super clean, tidy and well furnished. The location is superb- with lots of restaurants and cafes around, and a 5 mins walk to the dome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Sarah and Rossie were super nice in hosting us, and they made our stay very convenient and comfortable.
