The bed was not so comfortable since it wasn't a bed for two but two matresses next to one another. Also it isn't so quiet, but it is understandable since it's in Rome's heart and people are always noisy.

The location -may be one of the best in Rome - all the sights are 30 minutes or less walk from the place - Colosseum, St. Peter basilika, Di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia. Piazza Navona is right next to the Residenza - where you can find great places to eat, also good places around for breakfast.

The stairs to the apartments are quite steep.

Very well positioned for P.Novana, Pantheon and Trivi fountain and lots of lovely narrow back streets with shops and restaurants.

Internet connection was pretty slow so video calls interrupt quite a lot. Mobile network signal was also weak inside the building - tested it with different operators. The AC Unit was noisy.

Perfect location - all main attractions are at a walking distance. The room was very clean, towels changed daily. Large bathroom.

There was a slight shabbiness in the property, but nothing too bad. Clearly the previous occupants of our room had squashed a number of mosquitoes which had not been cleaned off the wall!

The location was excellent. Though it was centrally located, the room was quiet, opening up onto a side alley. The staff were exceptionally helpful, both before and during our stay. The reception is not staffed all the time, but detailed instructions were given on how to get in and access our room.

The shower door didn't shut and the head was broken and had some dark stains on it, but worked fine.

The location was amazing and the room was clean and had lots of character. There were toiletries and a hairdryer, and a fridge, lots of useful things. The staff were so friendly and our stay was really special!

Although the washroom was large, the shower was very small and there was no shelf for soap or shampoo. Also, we had to leave our toiletries on the floor as there was no storage for anything in the washroom.

I assume that since I was staying in a single room that the windows only opened to an airshaft. Glad I was only staying one night. Please note that I stayed there in a double room at the beginning of my journey and the room was clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location. The double room had a window overlooking the street. I would stay here again.

Wifi was very slow and unresponsive at times. Ordered queen bed, but got two twin beds which shifted quite a bit.

Great location. Terrific staff. Our favorite hotel from the several that we stayed at in Italy. Exceeded expectations. We were happy with the hotel itself, but it was really the staff that made the difference.

The fridge was broken and a bit smelly. The floor was a bit dirty when we got there. There was no shelf in the shower, and adjustable shower head was broken and did not hold its place.

Great location - a quiet corner but still close to the main attractions and public transport. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and communicated well. The building and neighbourhood felt very safe and there were plenty of food options around. The bathroom was spacious and had a radiator which was very useful in the rainy weather.
