I am very happy that I choose this place for stay in Rome. The hotel located in very good place near Vatican. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Federica is amazing person, very helpful and kind.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Federica made sure my stay was pleasant and assisted me with all my needs. The apartment is located near all the tourist attractions and is ideal to walk around to nearby restaurants.

Loved everything from the location to rome city amazing place amazing people. Loved this 1920s building with a 1920s lift. Federica is fantastic very welcoming couldn't do enough excellence host. The sites are amazing love this city.

The best staff in the world (TOP!). Kind ladies, helped us when we reporting stolen documents (on the metro) and with our every need - whether with an adjusted cleaning time or a recommendation of local restaurants. Once again I wanted to thank you for your support, for wedding wishes and for the nice stay :) we'll be back in this place for sure. +++ for access to coffee and water and luggage storage 10/10

It would be nice to have some extra shampoo and body wash in the room, or disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. :)

Overall it felt very good. Federica's service is very responsible which always made me feel comfortable and safe! The hotel room was large and clean and was beyond expectations. :)

I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. The room I stayed was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was clean and spacious. Nothing was missing in the room. Everything was working (AC, hot water, hairdryer, etc.). The neighborhood where the hotel is located is a very safe environment and in that location, you can find supermarkets and other shops. Also, it is very close to the metro. It is very close to the Vatican, and it's within walking distance of the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Also, I would like to give special thanks to Federica. She is a super nice person. She helped us a lot in the hotel and also with the location. She is a very kind person! I will recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Rome. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location within short walking distance to the Metro and 10 min walk to Vatican city. Room cleaned daily. Water and coffee machine at the reception at no extra cost. Nothing, we were very happy.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable with lots of space for 2 people. It's only a 10-minute walk from Vatican City. Federica is very accommodating, waiting late for me to arrive because of delayed flights and very considerate of our needs.

Everything is perfect 🤍 definitely a re-book when we visit Rome again. One side note is for the elevator—like many apartments in Rome and all over Europe, the elevator is stil the old-school style which can barely fit in two people with a few luggage.

Super clean and neat room, pleasant room fragrance, comfortable bed, great lighting, complete amenities, strategic location (few blocks away from Vatican—very walkable, surrounded by supermarket, restaurants, laundromat, and shops nearby), friendly and helpful host.

Additional Towels would have been nice. We did get 2 sets for a 4 night stay so it wasn't bad, but fresh towels each day would have been nice.

Coffee machine in the lobby was a great added touch of luxury. The hosts were incredible, so helpful at all times, even at 10pm when we locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms! They also arranged our transport from the hotel back to the airport which took the stress away from us. Great location, close to the metro and Vatican city.

The blankets were quite thin. But they did have a great heating system to make sure we didn't get cold.

The host was incredible, super friendly, and helpful. They gave us a very warm welcome, and allowed us to keep our luggages there until our checkout. The rooms were very clean and communication was easy. We also loved the location which felt safe and quiet - really perfect for us to come back to after a traveling around the crowded city in the day.

Our host did an amazing job in explaining everything on our arrival as well as responded to our whatsapp messages. She even sent a forgotten Postcard back to switzerland after we realized we left it in the room. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Thanks for everything! :-)

- I would suggest small additions to the room: a small armchair to sit, a proper TV and a wardrobe with shelves with doors - mattress was a bit too wiggly for my taste

- A very warm, friendly and professional reception from Federica - Location is top, especially if your focus is on Vatican city. But also the center is well accesible by metro or several busses (which I have to say are super unreliable in Rome) - Spacious room with a functional bathroom

Great location, 10 min walk from Vatican and 5 min walk to metro station. The flat is clean, good coffee. The host, Federica was lovely. She recommended us where to eat delicious food and the best ice cream. She was available anytime in case we needed anything.
