The studio is located in a peaceful area very near a hiking trail and a beatiful stream with a magical waterfall. I loved the garden with comfortable place to sit outside and enjoy the sun. There is a nespresso coffee machine with planty of capsules provided. A very cosy and bright apartment that comes with a covered garage. Amazing value for money and I can highly recommend it. The apartment comes with a free parking space (isn't this great!!!) in Lugano that is just a short drive away. So you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of a city and then return to a peaceful flat in Porlezza. The host Annette was very competent, super friendly and kind to answer my inquiries.

My husband and I chose this apartment to see Lake Lugano. It is the best choice to see lakes Lugano and Como. Very close to the town of Lugano on a scenic road along the lake. The village of Porlezza itself is wonderful! A quiet place with everything you need! Nearby there is a supermarket 24/7, cafes and restaurants, a promenade for walking. The apartment itself was clean, cozy. We were very comfortable! Also the apartment has books and a guide to the region, lots of useful information. A parking space in a gated area is provided. We will definitely return as everything exceeded our expectations!

Couldn't fault it

I can't thank the host enough for going out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She was very proactive in giving us suggestions when the weather became more British than Italian. Lovely pool area with amazing views and the apartment met all of our needs. Would recommend anyone staying in the location to stay here. It was a great base for travelling into other towns 10/10

we found it a little hot but it was the middle of summer! apart from that we could not fault it, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and the little garden is lovely.

It was a great location, very nice apartment, extremely clean, we loved the pool and the bed and treats provided for our dogs was a lovely touch. Anna was a great host, always very helpful and fast to reply. You have your own parking space and Como is very close by.

Very good communication from the owner with clear instructions for arrival and was also very helpful during our stay offering recommendations. The apartment was perfect and had its own underground parking space. The pool was really nice and we were able to use the owners sunbeds and umbrella - the view from here is spectacular. I hope to stay again in the future!

Does not included breakfast but there are options nearby anyway and we were lucky to have free toast and spread.

It was fully equipped and Annette even provided coffee, free toast and spread to enjoy, with some bottled water, which we didn’t expect. Annette was responsive and communicated throughout and gave suggestions on the local area and activities to do and things to see. The swimming pool was a good length and had amazing views of the surrounding landscape and villas. Bed was comfortable too. It is really clean and furnished and the cooling appliances are clean as well. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and recommend it to anyone looking to visit lake Como or lake Lugano which was not a long drive away for us.

The apartment is fantastic, I love it. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfy, and touches like the Nespresso capsules and the grappa are very thoughtful. We also rent apartments, so I recognize quality when I experience it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, and everything was very new, clean and modern at the time of my visit. The apartment is very conveniently located, and was a great base for me to pursue activities such as cycling, swimming, paddle boarding etc, and the private garden really makes the experience, allowing you to cook at home and eat al fresco. I’ll be back for sure !

We really liked staying here. The appartment was really clean and complete for a nice stay. The owner gave us a lot of tips to visit wich was perfect. We would definitely book this again if we come back in the area.
