The location of the hotel was perfect only 20 mins out of Firenze in the heart Tuscany. It had a lovely scenery and very peaceful. The breakfast served every morning was delightful with many choices.

The rooms had quite a bad soundproof. We could hear the conversations from the room next to us. If this would have been better would give 10/10 review.

Wonderful place with a magnificent scenery. Rooms were nice looking and spacious. Plenty of sitting areas outdoors where you could find your own private spot to enjoy the views. Service was really good.

The view is exceptional. The beds are comfortable, staff is super friendly and give many recommendations for activities, tips on where to park in Florence etc. The room was very beautiful. I would book again with no hesitation !!! Super dog friendly.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn't open when we were there and the room was a little on the small side.

Beautifully decorated villa with a breathtaking view in the countryside around 15 mins south of Florence. Sabina was an excellent host and the service was great. The grounds were amazing and the breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Very comfy bed.

The room was not proof sound, the staff that prepared breakfast made a lot of noise at 6 am in the morning. I think they woke up the entire guesthouse by banging all the dishes and cutlery.

Nice manager, we arrived late, after check-in hour mentioned in the reservation, however we received all the necessary information for a self check in via WhatsApp, a video and clear indications. Thank you for that! The location is lovely, with a beautiful view over the hills.

Staying here was probably the best of all. This place is absolutely stunning with beautiful view, cozy rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. Place around the facility is wonderful and you can admire the beautiful landscape from here. Breakfasts offered were delicious and on top of that coffee prepared according to your wishes. Parking with a coded gate is available for guests, so the entire facility is safe and offers privacy. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. Additionally, immediately after arrival we received recommendations of nearby places and we managed to visit a really large part of Tuscany and even Liguria. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the swimming pool because it was too early, but maybe next time we'll do it. I recommend it with all my heart, I will definitely come back!

One of the best rooms and services which we ever had. Wonderful location, just outside of Florence with amazing views on the perfect Tuscany scenery. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. Breakfast with italian prosciutto, croissant and cheese was delicious. Looking forward to coming back here!

Quite a few steps involved on the property. Although we were helped with the luggage. Parking was reasonable and instructions re the gate was very clear.

Choice was excellent at breakfast. Service was friendly and the coffee was exceptional.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night before an early flight from Florence airport - this was perfect. Out of town with stunning views of a Tuscan valley - breathtaking in the early morning. Less than half an hour from the car return place. The Residenza has beautiful gardens,even in autumn, and we would love to stay here again in the spring. Sabina on reception could not have been more helpful and speaks English, French and Spanish! A minor point, the TV worked well and had Netflix etc - quite unusual in Italian hotels.

The only issue we had was with the plug sockets in the room only two seemed to work with our plug adapter. We also couldn’t get the wifi to work but to be honest we didn’t need it so no complaints here and didn’t report it as we were fine without it. If this is important to you maybe check with the staff before to ensure the room is set up with good signal.

We received a very kind upgrade to our room and this absolutely made our stay! The suite with the bath in the room was phenomenal!! Such a comfy (and huge!) bed we slept like babies!! Excellent large bathroom with a huge shower and lots of light in the room too. Breakfast was great, staff were so friendly and wonderful, and the pool was the highlight for us. Views were stunning and we would 100% recommend to friends and hopefully will return! Thank you!

The view is really stunning. The pool and the rooms are very good and Sabina, the manager, is really nice and very helpful with a lot of recommendations. It‘s only 20 minutes away from Firenze. Still, you do rely on a car as mean of transportation. The breakfast was very delicious and rich! We would definitely come back! :)

Sometimes you hear noise from the next room which can be a bit unpleasant, it also depends on whether your neighbors are barbaric or not.

A hotel in a quiet, beautiful and pastoral location. Clean rooms, beautiful pool and very nice and helpful staff. In conclusion: I would go back in protest!

Only the air con issue, but it was ridiculously hot!

We stayed in August for 6 nights with our 15 year old son and 3 small dogs. We had the suite and double room above the kitchen in the main house, which was glorious! Being august the temperature was 35C + and the air conditioning did not work as efficiently as needed, however Sabina the manager arranged an electrician to come out and look at the air con straight away. The villa needs updating, which they are working on all the time, but it is spotlessly clean, comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. The pool and gardens are stunning and were very secure for our dogs to enjoy. The staff recommended fantastic restaurants and vin yards nearby. The views from the Villa are breathtaking. you can walk into the closest town for supper as a great selection of places to eat. Also the village shop is only a few minutes walk and serves a super range of food which we bought for lunch. Breakfast was delicious and all day long there was fruit, water and cake available in the kitchen to graze on. We look forward to returning soon!
