Amazing views and beautiful balcony. Super clean hotel room with great style and elegance. Residenza Il Punto was our favorite part of our trip to Tuscany, also Perugia was a wonderful city.

We would have liked a larger fridge in the room and facility for making tea/coffee. No option to request a drink from the property during the day and no local cafe. The hotel provided water but charged for it.

A kettle and/or coffee machine in the room would be really nice. The breakfast room is locked and only opened at 8h15 - would be nice to have some access to something to drink in the morning.

Beautiful accommodation and location excellent. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and well designed. Breakfast good but basic with sliced bread, ham and cheese and delicous cakes. Coffee good (once you can get to it). Wifi good

The view from the windows was breathtaking. The landlord was very kind and explained everything we could be interested in. During the breakfast, he was available all the time to assist the guests. The breakfast menu was rich. The room was very spacious and clean.

It would have helped to know where to park when driving in. (The signs said no parking instead of reserved for guests, so we drove past it and had to turn around which was a bit challenging.) Otherwise, no issues!

It was truly a room with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely - both the view and the food. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable. One of our top places on our travels. It was also easy to communicate with them via email prior to our arrival and make special requests (gluten free diet). Also, very convenient to walk into town.

Everything was great. The only drawback was the location. It's not that it's far from the city, however sometimes you are just tired and you would like to go to your hotel, and here we had to do around 15minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city square. We don't mind walking, therefore it's not a dealbreaker.

Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

the location was stunning - the view from the rooms was so beautiful and being out of the city meant it wasn’t ruined by other buildings around. The room was really comfortable, bathroom was great and everything was really clean. really friendly staff too!
