Once we came to the breakfast not in the beginning of it, and the options were fewer, And when the soaps were over in our room, we had to go back to the desk downstairs to get some, couple of times

Perfect location: 7 minutes from Trastevere, 2 minutes from Campo de' Fiori and 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. Bus stations to the main parts of the city are within 5-7 minutes of walk. Great breakfast with a lot of options, the coffee is amazing. The staff are really nice and helpful.

The air conditioning did not work. When it’s 96 degrees in Rome, you want that AC to relieve you - especially when thats an amenity that you looked for. We had a pretty uncomfortable time sleeping.

The place was really clean and the staff was friendly. Location could have been better but was good for what it was worth. For all the main touristy attractions in Rome you’re gonna want to call ubers/taxis, but the surrounding area was cute for local restaurants and bars.

The room was dated, porcelain in the bathroom cracked and we had a leak from the shower tray. If I'm honest I'm being picky but the hotel for me was a good 3 star not 4.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself full of character, beautiful building off a stunning (and quiet) piazza.

The bed was extremely hard. Not something I would normally complain about but this one was very uncomfortable. The room also smelled weird as though the bedding was out in wet and aired dry. If we were planning to stay longer, I would have asked to be moved but our stay was short so we dealt with it.

The property location couldn’t be beat. It was close to most everything we wanted to do in Rome. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Bathroom needs a shelf under mirror only space we had to place toileteries was on top of toilet flush dont know about other rooms but cold water tap on our basin not working Also our balcony only has privacy screen on one side making it aquward when both are in use

The twin room was much smaller than shown on site, a bit misleading.

The location was perfect, just out of the very touristy areas of Campo di Flore. The breakfast and staff were great and very helpful. I would stay again but request a larger room.

Not the property’s fault, you can’t use A/C in May in Rome - - temperature was fine, but made for some noisy nights (Rome never sleeps)

No air condition, or fan in the room. It was very noisy with the windows open since there was a restaurant right down the road. It would be nice to close the windows to block the noise but it was too hot.

Breakfast included was ok. The facility is clean and well kept, the location is very nice, a block away from Campo di Fiori. Highly recommended as a base for your Rome visit.
