I terrace on top of the build is very impressive, 360 views of Rome overlooking Forums. I spent 10 days in Italy, in Rome, Florence and Naples. This was my favorite place I stayed.

Overall it was great. Highly recommend this place. This is a suggestion to make it even better. The bathroom mirror could be adjusted a little to ensure both tall and petite guests can see their faces well and a long mirror either in the rooms or just outside the rooms in the common area would have been wonderful. And perhaps for guests who may need to do some work on a laptop, a proper desk with a chair would be super.

Great location esp to see all the main sites and view from the roof top is spectacular. The host, Gianluca and the staff were terrific and I even had a complimentary Prosecco one of the afternoons. They were all very attentive, polite and helpful. There was a very good selection for breakfast - sweet and savoury with fruit, yoghurt, muesli, eggs, cheese, ham etc and juice/coffee!

No cons from me! Everything was to our liking, and if it wasn't, the staff would have gladly helped.

We loved everything about our stay here! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking - you could see the Roman Forum right from our window. The rooftop terrace was a huge bonus too - we were shocked that we were the only ones up there! The 360 view of Rome was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to store our luggage upon arrival, and were able to get us checked into our room earlier than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The rain showerhead was so nice. Overall, the location and comfort for the price can't be beaten. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was disturbed by the insistence of those who wanted to sell you rechargeable batteries in historical places. They didn't understand that 'no' means no.

I liked everything, the host were very welcoming, the breakfast was good and the view from the terrace excellent. It was a wonderful experience. Rome is a very interesting city and the italians are wonderful people.I will definitely return to continue to discover the wonders of Rome.

I highly recommend a stay at residenza Maritti. The location is extremely centric and comfortable to reach many point of interest in Rome. The hosts are super informative and kind and the included breakfast is very tasty with delicious croissants, cakes plus a caffetteria. They also have an incredible terrace where it’s possible to see the sunsets above the fori. Highly recommend it!
