Access was a bit of a maze & confusing in the beginning. Codes, door handle tricks...staff were very helpful to show this a couple of times.

Excellent location. About 200m to Spanish steps and the road loads full of luxury brands. The hotel locates in a old and ancient building. But the Room is very clean and comfortable. The bacolny is very quiet and romantic.

Highly recommend this hotel, the location is amazing, 2 mins walk and you are at the top of the Spanish steps, the rooms are perfect, I had an excellent sleep, beds so comfortable excellent wifi, beautiful decor, spotless clean, the reception was excellent, great guy. I used the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel, everything was perfect about this hotel I have been to Rome many times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and it will be my first choice when I return. Btw there is an excellent restaurant nearby called IL Gabriello that I highly recommend, also brunch at Babingtons tea house.

Great location, very nice and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff . Patricia, Jerome and Daniele are incredibly helpful and staff service is attentive and responsive. Thank you !

Nothing! FYI if you want to sleep in late, the hotel is right on a lovely street so expect to hear people and cars starting early morning.

Everything! Great super warm welcoming helpful staff (Daniele was exceptional). Rooms are well furnished, neat & spotless clean. Little touches like daily water bottles are nice. The hotel design is a mixture of modern & classic (loved it) Location is superb! Right next to the Spanish Steps, 10 minute walk to Trevi, 2-5 minute walk from the best shopping streets and you have metro near by. Area is super cosy with little cafes and restos that serve delish delights We just had a splendid time, the hotel made our Rome stay so much nicer.

Fantastic place in center of Rome, extremely clean, cosy, newly renovated, beautiful room, there is not enough words to describe this perfect place! Jerome is very pleasant and helpful, complete service is at very high level! Outstanding place and service, I will definitely come back!

The room got a bit too hot during the night and no matter how much we tried to lower the temperature of the AC, it didn't seem to work. On our last day there, there was no hot water for the shower in the morning.

The location of the apartment was stupendous, only a stone's throw away from the Spanish steps. The building was beautiful and the room was spotless and spacious. Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly.

Very pretty and newly renovated. Location is on point with only around 100-200 meters to the spanish steps. We were very happy with this hotel.

Sound proof is perfect from the street, but could be better inside - we could hear everything from the corridor. It didn't bother much though.

Great service, brand new and beautifully decorated room. Perfect location. Would be my first choice next time in Rome.

We liked everything.

The rooms are beautifully done up with very high end finishes. It is very close to the Spanish steps and everything you need being close by.
