An absolute gem. So close to the collessium and very clean. I loved the building that the hotel is situated in. Patrizia was so helpful and couldn't have done more to make the trip as good as it was. We will return here when we visit Rome again.

Beutifully decorated unit, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The unit is perfectly located at the heart of Monti neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to the Colosseo and up to 15 minutes walk to all other historical sights. Restaurants, cafe's, bars and the metro are steps away. Thanks to Patrizia and Alessandro we felt at home right away.

Location, Location, Location, very good location walking distance to the coliseum and all attractions. Very big room. Amazing people good communications. Clean and modern room , in the imperial area. Restaurants and coffee right downstairs.

The small step in the WC between the toilet and shower was an accident waiting to happen.

The accommodations were very comfortable and Patriz, our host, was lovely. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Rome!!

I'm really not sure what I didn't like. Maybe a bit noisy a couple nights at 2am, but hey, that was expected being located in the heart of the city.

The close proximity to just about everything, especially the Coliseum which was a short walk from our room! We had a bigger room than our son, but he was very happy with it. Plenty of restaurants. The snacks in our room were a plus and the espresso was delicious. A two thumbs up!!

Unfortunately we were only there for 2 days, I wish we stayed longer as it was the best accomodation experience for us in our one month Europe trip.

The host was communicating clearly and politely. She was there to recieve us, they also helped us with our bags to store. Offered us drink and let us freshen us before checking in so we could drop our bags, explore Rome and come back at/after room was ready. We felt so welcomed. Room was spectacular, it was clean and had everything in it for our comfort. The host were so genuine about taxi prices and told us information so realistically so we could make informed choices about our travel. Host also showed us a map of iconic places and we could see they loved Rome and were so passinate about sharing and helping us.

No complaints! Room is small but perfect for one person.

Amazing location very close to the Colosseum and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. My room had a "courtyard" view (not much to see), travel companions had a street view. Via Cavour was busy and noisy but the soundproofing in those rooms was great! Patrizia was a wonderful host, very responsive and adapted quickly to accommodate for problems with delayed flights and issues I was having with my phone. Tiny old fashioned elevator but it worked fine! Host provided snacks, coffee, tea and a small fridge.

Beautiful room in a very central and vibrant location, close to restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable for our family of four and had all the facilities we needed. Very nice and helpful staff who gave us also great recommendation for our stay in Rome.

Cannot think of anything to complain about but would make others aware that it's easy to miss - we walked past it twice before finding the main door, and if you're arriving by taxi the driver will need the address, not just the property name.

Located in a traditional Italian apartment block, complete with marble floors and wrought iron lift, this gem of a property is perfectly located for an easy walk to many must-see attractions such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Tivoli Fountain, and more. Clean air conditioned room with daily refresh and a friendly helpful host who is happy to share local knowledge about where to go and how to get there. Couldn't recommend this property more highly.

Nothing!

The location was excellent, right in the middle of everything (literally a 5 min walk from the Colosseum) so you can look out of the window and see the world go by however there are sound proof windows so you don’t have to hear everything when you’re sleeping! The room was lovely and clean throughout our trip with a cleaning service daily. Alessandro was great, very communicative, friendly and helpful. Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend!

The location is amazing, just around the corner from Colosseum and Roman forum. If you stay in this hotel and enjoy walking, you don't need public transport at all. The hosts are really nice people. The communication with them was easy. There are aplenty of cafes, restaurants, gift shops around the place. Not far away from Termini and underground stations

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Fantastic location. 5 minutes from Colisseum and Roman Forum. You could also walk to and from the termini, which was about 20 minutes from the property. Clean and comfortable large room. Beautiful decor. Good facilities. Patrizia was very welcoming. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area and places to visit. She responded quickly to messages. This property was a perfect base for seeing Rome. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. ❤️🇮🇹
