Construction works were being carried out, and we fell asleep in the afternoon for a short while only to wake up to the noise of a loud drill. The heating and hot water were only turned on in the evening. We wanted to take a shower in the afternoon, but it was cold, and there was no hot water available. The shower wasn't functioning properly. The reception was closed when we arrived, and we had to wait until someone came to open it for us. After that, there was no one available to answer our questions. In the evening, we called to inquire about the heating and hot water.

The location was close to the city center and the church. Relatively easy access.

The third bed was a ‘put up’ bed rather than a proper bed, but it sufficed.

Excellent location - very close to the beach, the property was literally so close to the piazza but just around a corner so was very quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant host who was easily available to ask about anything

The beds and pillows were hard.

The location was great. 54 steps up to the hotel must be noted. The beds were not comfortable and the 2 pillows per room were dreadful and hard. Our AC did not work our last night. Pleasant rooms and location.

Didn’t particularly enjoy the 50 stairs with luggage, but could be worse. Address on google doesn’t take you to the exact location, had to ask owner of the coffee shop where to go. Breakfast is pretty basic but for a free breaky it’s fine.

Great location. 50m to free beach/ or sun beds €. Short walk to restaurants and heart of Amalfi. Highly recommend this place

53 steps to reach the accommodation with a big luggage. as our room is next to the door steps, not very good for light sleepers no water provided in room. but it’s ok, there’s a kettle for us to boil water

location, close to the ports. big room, with a small dining table for writing the veranda for breakfast is so cozy and peaceful even for me who doesn’t take breakfast. the breakfast spread is fantastic, with yoghurt and different types of bread and pastries impressive housekeeping staff who conscientiously cleaned every nook and corner of the room. never met such a meticulous housekeeper before, thank you!

The breakfast could be improved on however they did have nice coffee machine. Also appx. 50 steps to reach it which when carrying luggage made it quite difficult. Bed was comfortable but pillows very hard.

It is very well situated right in the heart of Amalfi making it very easy to get anywhere. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was special with its flashing lights in the shower head and automatic lights on entry if going to toilet through the night.

rooms are a little close together so can get loud particularly around breakfast time. one of our beds was not a queen but two twins pushed together which caused an awkward dip in the middle of the bed

There were mosquitos everywhere the windows didn’t seal well so you get a lot of bites while trying to sleep. The towels were pretty rough.

The location was amazing. The staff was very responsive and available. Everything in easy walking distance.
