Nothing big but would have been better if we had a balcony to spend our evenings. Also as we did daily hiking and some beach visits, it would have been good if we had a washing machine so that we could wash our clothes before packing !

The apartment location and space was good. It was clean and located in the village- centre. The apartment facilities were basic but were good enough for our stay ! Cristina was very kind and was always available when something was needed. Would definitely come back again !!

A wonderful building in the midst of this charming village. We hired the whole building two apartments and one double room. All great standards. Loved the host, Cristina, very attentive and super clear communicator.

Harrowing drive into Corniglia, and tough find car parks and then transport bags. Recommend training in.

The check-in was a little difficult in that Cristina had to meet us there, and she wasn't in communication at all until we arrived at the front gate, which was not the easiest to find (needed a local to point us in the right direction). So there was a little anxiety beforehand as to whether we'd be able to get in with our luggage. But once I called on Whats App, she was there within a few minutes. Only other issue was that the upstairs air conditioning unit was leaking a decent amount of water, so we had to turn it off.

Location right in Corniglia is great, just off one of the main squares. Small space, but the loft upstairs made it feel a bit more roomy. Bathroom was spacious and fairly new.

Beautiful village. Great location. Simple room and facilities - just what the kids and I needed. Communication and recommendations from host Cristina was great.

The air conditioning was not working properly. Christina informed me they ordered the part and were waiting on it to come in. It was hot during our stay and we spent both nights cleaning up water from the air conditioning/emptying pots of water throughout the night to keep it running. She was a little short with us about this inconvenience, as I recommended not renting the unit again until the part came in. (I purposely rented this place based on AC). In the end, booking.com gave us a small concession. Also, be sure to take the bus that runs from the train station to town center if you have luggage! We made the mistake of navigating the walk before we realized this! The bus runs about every 15-20 minutes.

Unit was centrally located in Corniglia. Be prepared for a climb! The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Christina was prompt in her response to my questions, even making us reservations for lunch and dinner.

Like many places on Booking.com, this is one of many apartments rented out and the photos do not represent exactly what you get for the specific place you stay in. This was true here, including no communal sitting area besides the dining table and pictures of an outdoor terrace are not where this apartment can occupy. It is true that this was not listed in the text of the description but the photos on Booking.com clearly show these things. We always love getting local recommendations from hosts as well but this place seemed like an in-and-out type environment with no recommendation.

Great location right in the square in beautiful Corniglia. Friendly host and great communication, including when we forgot to leave our local tax fees (sorry!). Apartment is somewhat spartan but clean and easy to stay in.

Perfect quiet location in beautiful Corniglia! Great host, who even made a restaurant reservation for us! We loved that there is a shuttle to/from the train station for 2.5 euros. The property is near the very best gelato—Alberto’s Gelateria.
