This place was absolutely awesome! My wife and I could have not been more pleased. The room and services was more than we could have ever expected. The hosts were so lovely. Easily the friendliest people I've ever come across whilst staying somewhere on holiday. They were so helpful, giving us a detailed map of how we could see everything we wanted in Rome. The location was great, 10 minute walk to the main train station and metro lines. The room was spotless and the little treats of coffee and croissant in the morning was fabulous!

I think this hotel is perfect. I really like it. The owner and hostess were very welcoming and gave me the feeling of home. Also gave a box of delicious chocolates at check out. Next time I visit Rome I will still choose this hotel!!!

The hosts were absolutely perfect, friendly and so so helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom beautifully appointed. The location was perfect we could reach everything either by walking or using the Metro very easily. There were cafes and restaurants nearby which were lovely. The hosts really go above and beyond for their guests. We will definitely go back again 😊

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Absolutely everything about this place was perfect!! I am a seasoned traveler and had doubts about the reviews but was alone and wanted a boutique hotel and experience for my first time in Rome. This place and its hosts did not disappoint but when above and beyond! In fact I could not wait to do my review! It is owned and operated with love for its travelers. I had a long red eye on my way and then bus trip before arriving at the home early, about 9AM. They got me situated with a delicious breakfast and coffee before even asking for my registration information; that is what hosting looks like! The room was large king size, very clean and supplied with everything and every amenity you need. Location extremely convenient for bus and train, and close enough to sites but far enough to get a feel of the true city. Furthermore upon my leave I was gifted with a very thoughtful bag full of goodies for the flight and travel at 4AM. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Can’t wait to come back.

If I could put 11 stars i would, hosts are the most magnificent people i know, excellent service, quiet rooms, hosts can give you recommendations for anything, close to restaurants that are mainly visited by locals so the food is not "tourist trap".

The facilities were superb. The room was spotless. Nicole and Antonio are fantastic hosts and very helpful and informative about Rome. Its one of the best places we have ever stayed . If you are looking for a friendly, customized boutique experience this is it. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We had been highly recommended this venue by family and even they didn't describe accurately how great it is.

Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and quiet. From the warm, welcome and early check in to the luxurious amenities, our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre was exceptional! Nicole and Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and Nicole makes THE best cappuccino I’ve ever tasted! Their attention to detail and commitment to Customer satisfaction made our stay truly memorable. The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood and their recommendation for dinner and gelato did not disappoint. When we come back to Rome, we will definitely be staying with Nicole and Antonio again at Residenza Venti Settembre!
