Amenities weren't generous and didn't match the class of the residence and the price (bathroom had only very simple bath gel, provided only two coffee pods for 5 nights, couldn't locate extra towels or toilet paper). Very simple old-style shower.

The room was really nice, spacious and had all the needed facilities. The woman who welcomed us was super nice, however she wasn't an English speaker and had to use google translate to communicate.

We spent five weeks in Italy, the first week in Tuscany and we wanted to return to the region for a few days before heading to Rome and then home. It was perfect for us. Because we have one, we wanted to go to Pontedera - the home of the Vespa - and to Florence. All so handy from Piandaccoli. As farmers we enjoyed the peace and serenity of being among a vineyard/ olive grove surrounded by even more after the crush and rush of Venice. Maria and her team were so welcoming … we loved it!

We liked everything but a tip about getting there: the road is not easy as it's the countryside. Make sure you follow the directions the staff sends you via email - they recommend a truly better road to the residence.

Excellent location in the countryside, among vineyards and olive trees, also good for making short trips (less than 60 min drive to Florence, Siena, Piza and other places). Stylish, rustic charm and very pleasant space for eating outside (with grill). The residence has great facilities for families (swimming pool, ping pong and space to play badminton or football). We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which was very comfortable for a family with 2 kids. Very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff (Maria and Enrica), great information received prior to arrival on how to get there and so on.

It was perfect.

Peaceful and remote location with a beautiful view. Excellent facilities in the apartment with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good kitchen amenities. Very kind and helpful hostess, who looked after our every need. The pool is lovely and the sun loungers offer sun and shade options.

Wehad an amazing stay at Booking.com! Enrica's hospitality was exceptional, and her friendly and kind attitude made us feel right at home. The initial location was perfect for exploring various destinations by car, all within an hour away. We liked the clean and nice pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The modern and fully equipped room provided all the comforts we needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic vacation experience!

I liked everything.

The place is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature filled with vineyards and olive groves; it is so peaceful and calm; just being there is enough to feel rested, let alone visiting the rest of Tuscany. Enrica, our host, has been very helpful and made us always feel at home, giving us tips on what to do in the area. Note that Rezidenza is reachable only by car and it requires careful driving because the roads are not perfect and there are many steep turns.

The noise from the apartment below was a Little loud one night but the host did sort this out straight away.

Property is lovely in a nice setting amongst the vineyards and olive trees. Great pool and really clean apartment furnished to a really great standard. Lovely host. Easy to get the train to Florence on the train from a local town. More info on nearby towns and places of interest would be great and info on the vineyard.

There needs to be air conditioning in every room and more mirrors. The fans were broken and the one that was working circulated hot air making the sleep a bit uncomfortable. I would prefer a softer bed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly right from the start of the booking to the end of our stay. The location was beautiful. The outside seating area and fire place was a lovely place to sit in the evening. The pool was well utilised by us.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this property!

The Residenza Piandaccoli was the perfect accommodate for us. The apartment, the grounds, the location and the pool were all we were hoping for and more! The tranquillity was so beautiful. Maria and Nelo treated us like friends. Note. The photos on Booking.com don't do justice to this property. It's much more beautiful in real life.

Nothing! Some patches of the road between Montelupo and the house are a little rough but our hired Fist 500 handled them well as long as you paid attention.

The apartment was modern and light. The garden was lovely, we enjoyed having a drink outside in the evening, playing ping pong and using the pool. The property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, we walked on the roads nearby admiring the wildflowers and the sunset - and even saw a young wild boar. Maria is a fantastic host, she was so friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat, ensured we knew about the local ceramics festival, and put our washing undercover during a sudden downpour. Her husband even opened the vineyard shop so we could buy some wine late in the evening. Florence is approximately 30 minutes drive away, or there is a train station with lots of parking in Montelupo that we used when we travelled to Siena if you want a break from driving. Thank you for a lovely stay!
