We only really have one complaint, it's a little bit too expensive for what you get. We expected a bit more facilities for the money. For example, they have a HUGE territory, why not put a small playground for the kids. Or for example breakfast was very very basic for the price you pay, can expend the selection a little. We nevertheless had a great stay, but it did feel a bit too expensive for the value

beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers. lovely gardens leading down to your own beach loungers and Bromley also supplied for the beach. bungalows very new and smartly decorated each with own private seating area.

1. Privacy. The bungalow we had was next to road and opposite tennis court. There was no privacy when we had blinds open and the only window was also the entry sliding door towards the court. There is a front garden with low hedge, so just needs more landscaping to sort the privacy issue. 2. Room facilities. There was no phone so we had to call reception from our mobile. There were no hooks for towels in the bathroom, just one rail above bidet. 3. I have suggested that solar heating for the pool would probably extend the season significantly and with unstable climate would be good overall. We found the pool to be too cold to swim in June.

The property is easy to reach from Budoni, has direct access to an outstanding beach, the semidetached bungalows are clean and with modern furnishings. Staff are exceptional. I can see they’ve learnt from past comments and added free loungers at the beach which is great. The room was ready early - always a big bonus!

Everything was good.

This place is really quiet and peaceful. The town centre is about 1 km away. The beach is really beautiful and we even spotted red flamingoes at adjacent laguna. The room was clean and comfortable (including comfortable bed) with big shower place in new bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very good, especially sweet cakes, with fresh pressed orange juice. On demand they prepare coffee and tea. There is a big parking lot free of charge, so no problem with parking. There is also very good restaurant at the place.

We can notice the property is very new, great facilities and everything well decorated I loved that the rooms are like small houses, with a garden and two armchairs to relax after a day at the beach The food was incredible, we had 3 dinners in the hotel because we loved the food (out of the 5 nights we had there) Service was also great, staff is very friendly and helpful Location was perfect to base during a trip on the Northeast of the island I will recommend this hotel to all my friends without a doubt

Not sure they need music playing at the poolside during the day. I think people are there to relax.

Excellent location on a long sandy beach, lots of outside space and private terrace, big swimming pool. Very convenient for Olbia airport. I was looking for somewhere quiet, and this fit the bill (outside high season!). Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Great to have evening restaurant on site. Ideal for people with less mobility as all on one level, walk in shower, car parking directly outside the room.

*Welcoming and helpful staff. *Delicious menu in the restaurant. *Close to the sea. We began our trip to Sardinia here and didn't expect that it is a brand new place. The best proof of our enjoyment is the fact that we are going to visit Abbaia ba again - tomorrow😀

this resort is not finished with construction, road, pavers, landscape, and many other amenities that a resort usually have. this is not a resort YET! save your money and go somewhere else to stay.

The premises of the resort were a bit disappointing: apart from the rooms and the pool/restaurant area, it looked like it was not fully finished or it was not well cared for. Moreover the expectations for the breakfast were also high and it was very poor in variety and quality (but I must say that, as a positive point, it had a machine to make fresh orange juice). Last but not least, the photos give the impression that it is possible to have a romantic dinner by the pool but that was not the case.

The lady that welcomed us and made our check-in was really nice and friendly, she tried to support us with all our questions and requests. Moreover the hotel is well located near the beach (walking distance) and has a very, very nice (and big) pool. The restaurant is located next to the pool and we enjoyed 2 nice and relaxed dinners there: good food and provided recommendations (it was also nice to ear the staff from the restaurant singing, it sends good vibes and enriches the environment).

The bed and pilows are not good and not comfortable, the pilows are thin and very hard. We would like to change them. The breakfast is quite poor for 4 star Hotel, not a lot of choice. We travel a lot and this hotel is more 3 star than 4 star hotel. The exterior is dusty and not finished, in the room there was no internet. For 4 star hotel we would expect that the tables are properly prepared with clean clothes, forks, knives, spoons etc....

The rooms are very clean, pool is nice and big and not a lot of people. Advantage is that you are close to the beach, but there were no sunbeds. The advantage is also that this place has only 16 rooms, so it is not crowded. Also the access to the beach could be better arranged.
