Nothing much. Just wish there had been a sign for parking place, because we had to temporarily park the car on the narrow road(which is not easy for new comers here), go inside the hotel and ask about it.

Location(if you visit Carezza lake, and also close to supermarket and restaurants), kind and helpful reception, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, sauna

Only thing that I would recommend as an improval is a small refigerator in room.

We had a great time! Hotel is not very big, but it is super clean which was very important to me.! Our room was very spacious, bright and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. What I liked the most was freshly squeezed orange juice. Sauna can be used but reservation is required. Our overall experience is very positive and we would definitelly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here between mountain treks, and absolutely loved it. The woman who runs it was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself had a great, cozy atmosphere, room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of options. The location was very central and easily walkable to the gondola, also next door to an ATM, and close to several other restaurants and supermarket. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for one night in order to get an early jump on the crowds at Lago di Carezza (10 min drive away). The hotel was very clean, the rooms were fairly large and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Good wifi and free parking behind the hotel. Our room had a balcony facing the street with a view overlooking the surrounding mountains. Breafast was provided - typical meats/cheeses with bread and homemade jams. Eggs could be cooked to order. It was a nice place to stay, and it seemed very close to lots of hiking paths.

Hotel was fabulous and the owner speaks very good English. it was a stop off point for the rest of our trek. Off season and everything is closed except 1 restaurant and it was raining which is why my rating was low for overall experience but the hotel room was huge with a balcony, dark shades, immaculate and a balcony.

We discovered only when we arrived that we were supposed to stay overnight in a different hotel. Very poor organisation.

When we got to the hotel the receptionist (also the hotel manager) told us that she didn't have a room for us. We had booked this hotel 2 months in advance and it shocked us that we didn't have a place to stay. She said it was the problem with booking.com website and the reservation system there, but out of possibly close to 50 reservations on booking, this was the first that we encountered such issue. At the end, we stayed the night at the property of the mother of one of the employees of the hotel, which seemed to have been prepared for Airbnb purposes as it had a lot of amenities that you expect in a hotel. Eventually, we paid the same amount to the hotel manager as we had booked from Booking, but we stayed in a totally different location which was not even listed on Booking website. Fun fact about the hotel: The receptionist, hotel manager, waitress, breakfast server and greeter are all the same person in this hotel! Talking about understaffed facilities.

Breakfast was okay, and parking was easy on the street.
