Two observations: Firstly, while the street outside is relatively quiet, the interior of the premises is notably noisy even with the windows closed. Secondly, during my stay in March, I found the absence of effective air conditioning surprising, especially when necessitated by closed windows. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and attempts to adjust the climate control were unsuccessful.

The hotel offers an exceptional breakfast experience, complemented by immaculate cleanliness and efficient management. While the staff demonstrated notable friendliness, minor oversights occurred, promptly rectified upon my notification. Additionally, the hotel boasts a charming restaurant, expansive pool facilities, and picturesque surroundings, enhancing the overall guest experience. Bolzano is available with a free public transportation. (±40 mins trip to city center) or with a car (much faster)

Rooms were great, spacious and had all facilities needed. Wide range to choose from for breakfast Very nice and polite staff, allowed to leave luggage for the rest of the day after checkout and also kept some medicine in their fridges for us Parking is free and we always found a spot

Very clean, great staff, good food (both at the hotel restaurant and the camping restaurant, but the one in the hotel is better, with more of a fine dining experience) if I come back to Bolzano area I will stay again at Steiner.

I have no critique. All was perfect.

We were there with my wife and our little baby, so we could not go to dinner to the restaurant together (one of us had to take care of the baby), but the staff provided us a litlle cart on which I could take dinner and drinks to our room. They were super-nice and always willing to help! The breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, drinks and sweets, a really fabulous breakfast!

After arrival, we received the Bolzano card from the hotel that includes free travel with public transport to Bolzano city centre. The bus stop is across the street, and takes you in about 30 min to the city centre. Buses go approximately every 30 min. Great breakfast, and there is also diner possibility. Located at a busy street, but with the shutters closed the noice was at a low level. In the room are slippers and towels for usage of the pool. The pool is a great!

It is not necessarily well located if you want to walk to Bolzano & it is still at least an hour drive from Lake di Garda Parking on site was available but disrupted three days in a row by some who would double park

poor breakfast. like the poorest of all time. I refrained from making a scandal about this the morning I left I asked about the table tennis (they didn’t even know that this was on their description about the place )

I loved the room even though it didn’t have the curtains (the one for the sunny weather) . I stayed just one night so I’ll rate this stay 4 stars out of 5

AC in room was like an asthmatic blowing through a straw, so room was very hot and stuffy making nights uncomfortable and difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Single pillows, no water, single miniature soap bar so bring your own.

Staff were nice and friendly and it was clean.

Still missing (especially when you consider the €€€ price): Curtains, we woke up at 5 due to the light from outside. Coffee/tea maker, just for al cup Directions for the airco (we didn’t manage to get the room cool).

Recently renovated, very clean and nice rooms. Nice towels and slippers in pretty bag. Very nice staff, good restaurant!!

Be aware that the hotel is situated on quite a busy road. If you have a room at the front side it could be noisy.
