Construction works next building so had to shut windows and curtain. No hotel sign outside the building. It wasn't mention on booking site that there isn't clerk in the evening. We had to phone the host and to wait on the street. Noisy bathroom ventilation when turned on. No breakfast at the hotel. Small refrigerator in the room.

Close to Rome's Spanish Steps, tourist attractions, supermarket, transportation, restaurants. Quiet enough at night and clean. The staff was nice. Good room size, shower and furniture.

Easy to communicate with. The kind person who met me came and greeted me down in the street as the taxi dropped me a bit far away. He also brought my bag down and walked me to meet the taxi he had arranged for the airport. Very helpful and greatly appreciated!

The location is very central but quiet at the same time. The room was of a good size and the lift to go up to the floor was very good. There was coffee facilities in the room but we never used them.

The location and hotel premises were superb. Marco, the host and the rest of the staff were super helpful. We had everything we needed. Marco even booked transportation to the airport.

The location was so central and perfect, on via del Corso!! The room was very very clean, the size comfortable and the staff helpful. Every day they cleaned the room and changed towels. We asked for slippers and they gave us immediately.

Nothing, tho room may seem small to some, classicly European. No breakfast option, but cafes surround location.

Our host was exceptional, greeting us at street level, assist with luggage and personal concierge at every point of our stay, responsive to every request even phoning car rental, cab, etc. Charming “artsy” room decor, walkable to everything, safe night strolls to bars, restaurants, Trevi and Spanish Steps, etc.; would definitely choose to stay again.

Great Location! Beautiful, well-maintained property. Staff was very attentive- Marco responded quickly to any queries we had, even before we arrived at the property. Sheryll received us well when we arrived and was very friendly, professional, helpful and kept our room extremely clean.

The manager there Marco organised the airport transfer , met us in the street and escorted us to our room. The lady who looked after us everyday was courteous and very obliging. going back. Location for shopping and restaurants excellent. Definitely will be back

When we arrived there was no one there to let us in or show us to our room. I think that was mostly our fault because we never responded to what time we were coming. We had no experience with our accommodations not having full time staff.

Our stay was too short!!

LOcation is perfect, just a couple of metres of Via Corso and a couple of streets from main luxury shopping area, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, Trevi, Pantheon and more. The manager, Marco, was exceptional and available at all times and always made sure our stay was going well. Room was very comfortable, lighting perfect, very easy and safe access through main door, refreshments also provided on complimentary basis. A place I very highly recommend and to definitely return to.

Minor stuff - the pillows were hard heavy foam pillows, would bring your own if you are particular. Ask about laundry facilities, it wasn't offered but readily made available when we asked.

Beautiful room, nice and quiet but close to shopping, public transport, taxis and major attractions. Mario and Cheryl provided wonderful service. I would highly recommend this stay.
