Staff was very nice especially Roger at the reception who was amazing and made our stay fantastatic and owing to him we will come to rinacsemento hotel every time we come to Rome.

The apartment shares a couple of windows directly into a cafe/kitchen on the other side and all the talking and kitchen noises came right in as if they were standing in the room. Beginning at 5am. If the window is improved and could actually lock, and some sound deadening materials added, this would easily be an outstanding rating. The street noise was a bit loud also. We stayed 5 nights and will consider again next year if they can improve this issue.

We were given a very large apartment style room that had been recently completely renovated. It was comfortable and nicely done. Special care for beautiful ceilings.

Room was too warm, no easy way to reduce temperature except leave the windows open.

Hotel location was great, within a maximum of 20'-25' walking distance to major Rome attractions Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Vatican, Trastevere, Roman forum.

Breakfast was rather basic. Room was not dark, lots of small lights including flashing red light from smoke detector.

Julia, was OUTSTANDING with a wonderful personality greeting everyone during Breakfast time, The front desk was always responsive. Our room 400 was very nice however, had a common wall with the back of a restaurant and the workers would collect there in the very early morning and the nose was annoying to say the least. The room itself was very nice. I know the management is trying to work with the restaurant manager to ask his employees to remain quiet for seek a different area

Literally the only issue was the Bed was too Firm for my liking. (Wife and Toddler didn’t mind it)

Location was Good to walk Rome Attractions. Very very Cute Hotel and Felt very Personable to us. The Staff was So Friendly and we Would recommend this Spot for any Couples looking for a True Italy Experience.

I booked a twin room; I wasn’t advised this wasn’t possible. Only finding out once we entered the room. Also the booking said tea/coffee, however this was not available.

There wasn’t a great amount of storage in the bedroom and the breakfast selection wasn’t huge - enough to not go hungry but a reasonably small selection. That said, it’s only a small criticism.

We had a family room with a double and two singles to accommodate us and our two teenagers. The room was spacious, modern and clean and the bathroom was fabulous with a huge rainwater shower. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location - very quiet and in a beautiful part of Rome.

The room was very warm with little air flow. However, opening a window for the night helped quite a bit and it wasn’t very noisy.

All members of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed the free breakfast and cappuccino. Rooms cleaned daily, walking distant to major attractions. We couldn't have been happier. Ongoing construction was not a detraction.
