Absolutely great!! If you are looking for a quiet place, great hostess, clean, in the center of Rome (and near to the metro station-if needed) then you have to book it! The hostess was extremely helpful from the very beginning. The guesthouses are quiet as you don't have other rooms beside you and very the spot is a key factor. We stayed for 3 nights and we walked to every sightseeing without use the metro or bus. Via del Corso is next to you.. so shopping,restaurants and bistros are beside you during all day for everything you may need. Beds also relaxing! The superb room is not too big but excellent for two people. The suite is large with a separate sofa and a bathtub!!! I strongly suggest it!

If I had to mention one thing I didn't like, it would be that the wireless network was slow and unstable.

The location is perfect, very close to the metro station and the Vatican. There are delicious and cheap food nearby. The room was kept very clean every day, and the landlady was also very considerate.

My gf and I decided to stay here because it looked a bit cheeky and we were right. It was a fun little romantic place to stay for a couple nights. Location was excellent right by the metro and at the end of one of the main streets leading to the center of Rome shopping district. Room was clean - no real view though int eh room we had. Our favorite part was definitely the circle bed. Overall a fun room.

The location was outstanding. I felt like the whole of Rome was within walking distance from this place. Nineta was amazing and very helpful. She booked fancy restaurants for us to have dinner since she saw we wanted something romantic.

The location was really fantastic. Two steps from Piazza del Popolo . Our Host was most kind and helpful. She had a nice surprise to celebrate my husband’s birthday! She helped with our luggage when leaving and finding a taxi!!

Access is via steep winding staircase.

Excellent location for walking (to Borghese gardens, Spanish steps, Palazzo Barberini, also straight down to Capitoline museums) to good restaurants. Welcoming hostess took care to show us how to use all facilities, helped deal with delivery out of hours of our delayed luggage from airport.

Whilst not in the centre of Rome the apartment location is great, all main attractions are at walking distance if you are prepared to walk 10 to 30 mins, close to a popular bus stop which takes you to and from the main train terminal.

Perfect stay. So much love and care goes into this guesthouse - lovely sweet gestures such as prosecco on arrival and slippers are much appreciated. Could not have asked for any more for our stay. We stayed both the deluxe room (2nights) and the suite (1 night)- both amazing but the suite is incredible. Wish we stayed longer. Breakfast is nice. Owner extremely helpful and quick to respond.

The unit is located on an upper floor and reaching it via the stairway can be a challenge but Nineta was gracious enough to assist us with our luggage. Grazie mille, Nineta.

The location of this property is very good, right at Piazza Del Popolo and only a 5-minute walk to the Flaminio Metro station. Nineta is a wonderful host and she was very attentive to our needs. She prepared a great breakfast for us each morning (we stayed for 5 nights) and provided a lot of advice and suggestions for getting around Rome in order to visit sites of interest. The area in which this property is located is very safe and there are plenty of restaurants and mini-markets, if you require them. Nineta made us feel at home.

Nineta the host was amazing!! So helpful and welcoming. Location was fantastic and place was kept immaculate. Only suggestion is that breakfast where it was held was a very confined area and perhaps it would be more comfortable for all and take some pressure off the owner if she had an arrangement with local restaurant across the road for discounted breakfast. However cannot fault Nineta with her breakfast service and flexibility to fit in with our needs. She was such a genuine and lovely host who made our honeymoon very special. Thank you Nineta 🌺

The safe was not available, I thought it was when I booked but I felt my things were safe because Nineta is the only person there. So I didn’t worry about it. I didn’t add the breakfast option to my room, it was just across the hall in a tiny room, I can’t comment on the food options but I can say it depends on if you want to sit outside with a view or enjoy it inside.

The location was great. The area was safe, clean and nice, it was close to many different things and I walked everywhere. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was really cold and the shower was strong, both important when I travelled in the hottest week. It was easy to check in and out. Nineta was very lovely and kept in contact, she provided water bottles and Prosecco which was a nice touch. She also offered me breakfast on my last day.
