Its very difficult to get to the hotel using google maps. We ended up lost and going through a very narrow road that was too risky. The hotel should provide instructions to their foreign guests about how to find them.

very complicated arriving, a special map needed with clear explanation how to get there. Call the hotel from the city ask to send someone to meet you, othervise you have very low chance to find the place

Although the location is beautiful, the hotel building is quite dated and could benefit from some minor renovations. Sound proofing was poor.

Early morning breakfast overlooking the mountain was the true highlight of our stay. The hotel is quite small and we were lucky to be one of the few guests in site, making for a private relaxing experience.

It was quite hard to find the hotel as Google maps sent us to another place. With checking the satellite map we finally found it though.

The location is in the nature with a stunning view on the mountains. The room was small but clean and we loved the breakfast. Also the hotel has a beautiful outdoor area with an outdoor bar.

Please review the goggle map That road on the top was jaw dropping!! It would be fun on a motorcycle especially a Harley Davidson. Alittle larger... no ALOT larger sign at the first curve would have been kinder for us older folks!!

What a serendipitous find! Beer was excellent and serviced with a sweet smile! And the dinner!!! The roast melted, the risotto was divine, and the lava cake was 👑!! The views were breathe taking! The tiki bar is where I will be wishing I could stay alittle longer!!

Just AMAZING staff who helped us a lot and cared very much, than you again so much, you are unbelievable! The location is breathtaking, even after having some challenges in Italy before arrival, you sit in the breakfast restaurant with a feeling it was all totally worth it! Very cosy rooms, great view, modern facilities, but people are just the best! :)

The pathway to the hotel is not very easily accessible, especially without all-wheel drive (very narrow and with a rather large slope), but once there it is worth the effort.

Good breakfast, excellent dinner (includes some traditional Italian dishes from the area). Good value for the money. Hiking trails nearby.

It is a bit of a trek to get down to the town center from the hotel. It would be great if there was a shuttle bus service available from the hotel that could bring guests to the town center.

The location of the hotel was fabulous with a mountain view. It was great to sit out and eat breakfast and lunch looking at the mountain surroundings, I also recommend eating at their restaurant as the food was top quality.

Dirty sheets in one of the beds.(see picture) No lamp and small tables at the beds. Close to noisy road. Defective shudder (at window) which was slamming against the outside of the house the entire night because of the wind. Because of this noise and very hard beds we slept very poorly. Separate beds. Holes in the wall over the bed.(see picture ). Breakfast was indicated to 8-10 but no personel appeared before 8.15 the day we left. Another waiting guest called on the personel on the phone and then a person hurried in and put some stuff on the table in a few minutes. The only thing which was fresh was the coffee. Bread and brioches were absolutely not - they were very dry. Eggs, cakes and some other items had apparently been on the table since the day before and we did not try that! Expensive compared to value (129 € for one night). Hotel difficult to find and poor acces via very steep road. Personel not particularly engaged.

Guys! If your are looking for cozy place near Como where u can feel yourself like at home, this is definitely that place! Everything is amazing, the best experience ever. I stayed with my friends at the hotel for the night, we were given advice on where we could go and what to see, they helped us in many ways with getting around, since trains did not travel due to strikes, i haven't seen before this type of care toward guests ❤️ Thanks you a lot, hope i will have opportunities be there again

I recommend this accommodation. Score 10 for the staff, exceptional people who helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast included, very good. It offers you a warm mountain cabin atmosphere but with everything you need. The hotel is positioned at a height which gives you a wonderful view. We would like to come back for more days!

I was surprised when i saw the room my wife wasn’t able to sleep from the bad smell and bed was uncomfortable and breakfast wasn’t good.

Surrouded by beautiful mountains. However, the location is very close to the tunnel so it can get quite noisy. Breakfast was very limited. Rooms are too outdated. Renovation can be used. The stuff was friendly and very helpfull.

Tranquil environment. very clean. I think we had a room with a new bathroom. At least everything was new. Breakfast really good. Not too many options but for me perfect. Fresh food. Dinner was also very nice. Guy in the front very helpful. Definitely coming back to this place. Ask the hotel for the other road to arrive at the hotel
