Very hard to reach the destination. (Dont follow google maps). Use the sings that are on the roads (there should me more).

The hotel is actually like a chalet, with small rooms and bathrooms, but the location is trully amazing. The restaurant is also a choice to consider!

Just a detail but that can make a difference in the confort, it was the pillows, too flat.

It wasn't hard to find the place, was quite simple. The place is beautiful, I had dinner there one night, chose the prochini risotto and was delicious and the staff is great.

The location of the hotel is incorrect on the website. We put the location on google maps and it took us on very narrow streets. It was very hard to reach.

The property is very very nice. It is very clean and the staff is very kind. I would not rate it just 2 stars. It’s great value for the money. The rooms are very beautiful and smell amazing. The breakfast is good, not so many options, but enough for a quick breakfast.

- The access to the hotel is made through a small side road going down the mountain. It could be better. - The restaurant is really overpriced. The food was good, but still more expensive than same type restaurants in Varenna or Bellagio. And they charged us the coperto (cover charge), which I think it's ridiculous since we are guests at the hotel.

- The scenery. The views of the surrounding mountains are astonishing - The room are nice. Ours was on the top floor, so we didn't have a balcony has described, but it still was a nice room - The staff is really nice and helpful - It is very clean - The breakfast was amazing. Great variety of (great) food, and they make real coffee/cappucino/hot chocolate, not the usual machine or instant coffee We will definitely be coming back

Very poor sound insulation in the room so you can hear all the noise from restaurant downstairs, pillows are not comfortable, a bit difficult to find the hotel, poor breakfast

We could not get sleep very well because there was some event in hotel in evening and that caused much noise.

This can be a bit tricky to find. Goole Maps is wrong (no surprise) so when it runs out of directions, turn left through a seeming hilltop carpark and follow the road a couple of hundred meters down into the valley, it is well sign-posted just after where Google gives up!

Beautiful chalet-style hotel and restaurant in a spectacular valley with spectacular views up into the mountains about Lake Como. Run by caring staff with an emphasis on quality.

The road to get to the hotel had a very sharp corner and near vertical hill climb, some people might struggle with this, the beds were not so comfortable unfortunately, we were kept awake all night by what sounded like a rodent in the roof which was not so great

The road there was a bit dodgy with the final hundred meters very steep down, so be sure you have good breaks. Also, navigation doesn't show the exact location, so you need to follow the signs. The hotel itself as well as the rooms looked a bit old, the TV was basically non-existent. The room key looked universal and it didn't feel secure.

Calm, remote location, surrounded by mountains, however, far from the lake or anything else. The parking lot was big enough and free. The restaurant was good and seemed to be really popular since a lot of people came there in the evening just for that. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The room was okay, with an air-con/heater and a nice view from the window.

Hotel is near the mountains and the hike paths. Restaurant meals was good and personal very helpful.
