There was only one minor issue I encountered during my stay: the WiFi was slow. However, in my case, it didn't matter much as I was more focused on enjoying the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ristorante La Perla, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience. The location in a very small village, over than 20 minutes from the airport which is not close as they mentioned , the room facilities don’t match the four star hotel criteria

Just one minor thing, some of the bedrooms are in a different building than the reception so, if you don't have a car, you have to bring your luggage to reception and then out again.

The setting and decorations are beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to book and find. The driver was friendly and drove very well. I hope to be able to stay there again.

For the 4 star hotel we would expect (was not present): - facilities to do coffee/tea in the room - few cups and glasses in the room - offer to take away breakfast in case of early check out

The breakfast could have been a bit better and more robust, I think it would be very fitting for how nice the rest of the facility was. I found it lackluster and the coffee was not great.

I loved how easy the free shuttle from Malpensa airport was and the great communication from the hotel staff. The facilities were very calm and peaceful and the staff were very friendly and eager to help meet my needs.

Having read previous reviews we were a bit worried about what we were going to get but went with an open mind which really helped. Yes, the hotel is old and accommodation could do with an upgrade, however the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels etc and have everything you need This is reflected in the price being reasonable. Again, the staff are really kind and helpful and it had a lovely family atmosphere and a beautiful location

Located 20mins from Milan airport in quiet countryside. It has a lovely family atmosphere with rooms located around the pool. Staff were really helpful in advice on where to park and how to visit local attractions. Perfect for Milan, Como and Arona
