The only downside for some people might be that it was the 3rd floor so quite a few stairs for the Love apartment. This was fine for us and the host even carried our luggage upstairs.

Host contacted us via text, met us outside and showed us around the apartment. Then took us to park the car and brought us back again! Absolutely amazing guy. He gave us some amazing tips and recommended some amazing things to do and restaurants to go! We were overwhelmed with how attentive he was. The apartment was stunning. Very roomy and everything we could possibly need, even a washing machine at no extra cost. Parking limited so was amazing to get a space for free. It it a 5-10 minute walk away but the host took us and pretty much gave us a walking tour on the way back to get our bearings and show us the sites.

What an amazing host and appartment! The appartment was bigger than we expected from the pictures and everything was modern and exceptionally clean. As a family of four we also used the sofabed which was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated as when we visited it was 35° A fantastic location with restaurants on your doorstep and minutes from the main attractions in the town. Finally, our host, nothing was too much effort or trouble for Alessandro. He contacted us in advance to ensure we were well informed of the check in, he arranged for parking for us (as its not possible to park in the centre of town) and also arranged for our car to have access to no car zone for drop off/loading. He also gave us thorough extensive recommendations for places to visit and eat and provided us with a guest card that can be used to get diacounts at local attractions and travel. He took all the stress out of our visit. Grazie Alessandro! Highly recommend.

If you want to feel like home, then this apartment is for you. A great location in the heart of the old town with beautiful decor and a spacious bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lovely dinner. We loved everything. Big thanks to Alessandro and Tiziana, very friendly owners, who take care of us every day.😃 We received a lot of useful information, which is very helpful if you are visiting Riva del Garda especially the first time.Im highly recommend this apartment for holidays.👍

A little difficult to reach in the Centro Storico in the pedestrian zone but made much more accessible by Alessandro's detailed information.

Once situated in the apartment we were in the middle of everything. Great restaurants, easy access to boat, did not use car at all.

Location - 1000/10, right in the city center, you can access everything by foot (beach, ferry platform, caffés). The apartments are excellent, there's everything you need and more (for example: wireless charger, netflix, amazon prime). Very clean, beautifully furnished, spacious. But the best part is definitely Alessandro - very polite, nice and caring, he took care of everything and made sure we had the best time. We've never felt this much care anywhere else. Three-four days prior to our arrival he contacted us and told us everything we needed to know, got us the permission to drive into zona traffico limito (apartments are in there), gave us a map with directions how to access the apartments quickly and even got us a Trentino guest card (you get a lot of discounts and free visits with it). He made everything easier, when we met him, he came prepared - showed us around the apartment, gave us maps, recommended us places to visit, where to eat and drink (he definitely recommended the best places you could find in the area). He had answers to every questions we had, but even then he went out of his way to make sure we get what we need. He's such a kind, optimistic and fun person, he's someone you always want to be around. We all agreed that he's one of a kind and one of the best hosts we have ever met. His heart is as beautiful, as amazing and as big as Italy itself! :) We are going to miss you Alessandro! We wish all the hosts were like you.

Lovely and extremely helpful owners of the appartment; Comfortable accomodation with amenities in the heart of Riva, pretty close to the lake, parks, restaurants, shops, etc... We got a local travel card snd could enter many atractions with no cost. I highly recommend taking this appartment.
