We have stayed here before. The hotel was as good as ever but we were most disappointed that the beach had not been cleaned and there were no sunbeds set out

The food in the restaurant for dinner was okay, but we feel it didn't live up to the standard of the hotel.

Our room was superb looking straight out over the sea. We loved it so much here that we booked an extra night, and we plan to return. Our dog was in her element. She was left a goodie bag, bowl and mat. She loves digging on the beach and it was a delight to know that she could go wherever she chose on the beach as she could in the hotel. I loved this hotel, just so relaxing. All the staff are so friendly, always smiling, and so helpful. We felt truly looked after. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice.

Staff were disappointing, not very helpful or welcoming sadly. Alot of room for improvment there for sure. Barman was fabulous though. A bit of quiet music playing would have been nice. All a bit too quiet and lacking in atmosphere.

Loved the hotel, quite remote but we knew that in advance. Lovly little private beach and a cute marina. Great breakfast. Rooms/bathrooms all good with lovly views either side of the hotel.

The breakfast was good, but relatively chaotic and disorganised. We didn’t have access to large parts of the buffet, and had to wait and try to explain in Italian what we wanted. I understand that there’s perhaps still covid regulations that require this, but in that case a menu over available buffet breakfast options (with different languages) would alleviate the problem.

Beautiful setting with a private beach, a private garden with our room made it perfect for kids to relax and roam around, proximity to the cycling path and to restaurants etc.

Room was OK but the access to the beach was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was OK but the restaurant was great and the dinners were fantastic.

The service needs attention. At 7.30pm there was no service at the bar or restaurant. We did not have a booking at the restaurant so no service. We had just arrived that afternoon to stay and no one thought to tell us when we checked in that there would be no service.

The room was excellent. The view was excellent. The location was good, it suited us.

First and foremost the staff. Very arogant and inpolite. The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly but pets are forbidden at the private beach and, even at the hotels closeby beach-bar, the staff was forcing us to leave because the tables were "reserved". Food at the hotel wasnt great either, see googles ratings. In general, the facilities, breakfast, quality of the rooms, are not of a 4-star hotel, and does not worth its (high) price

there’s nothing I could mention. perhaps the frigobar could be loaded, but the hotel bar was just few steps away from my door..

Location is perfect. Facilities, service… super comfortable bed, big room, huge bathroom.. I’m traveling with my small dog and all is just great. I’ll be back here for sure.

Poor service, poor breakfast, difficult to get service from staff, sloppy attitude. Room had no tissues, sun bed outside on our terrace was dirty, torn curtains and wet. Room service poor, eggs cold and served on a cold plate. Mixed fruit , a bowl of pineapple, no butter , no salt or pepper, coffee served in cups not a pot.

If you are really lucky you get a table at the restaurant in the evening. Otherwise you have to walk1 km for the nearest restaurant.
