Nothing it was beautiful, surrounded by spectacular scenery.

The property was absolutely fabulous, it was so clean, rooms were huge, beds were so comfortable with beautiful linens. We could not fault the accommodation at all and would not hesitate to return here. The owners were lovely as were the staff and so helpful. Everything has been thought about the facilities were excellent including the pool area.

You only get a sheet to sleep with, which is a little bit cold at night. Do not expect a breakfast with lots of choices, there is not much to choose from. The place is far away from the city center and hidden in the woods, not very pleasant to drive around in the evening.

Great hosts, they do everything they can for you to make it a good stay. Very clean rooms. Modern and stylish furniture. Nice pool.

The location is amazing and the rooms are kept really clean, necessities like towels and soap were offered and the breakfast was fresh and varied from day to day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole stay and truly seemed passionate of their jobs. We even got to borrow brand new bikes to explore the area which was a big bonus since the location is magical and worth exploring. We are more than happy with our stay!

Location is on a hill just outside Pistoia (10 min drive). Calm and quiet surroundings. Very good breakfast options. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast on the terrace each morning. The location was excellent - set in the hills but providing easy access (by car) to places / attractions we wanted to visit. The accommodation is very pleasant and comfortable. We were able to combine relaxed days by the pool with day trips to Florence, Lucca, etc.

The whole property was fabulous! Spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms. The pool area was so relaxing and just what we needed. Sylvia is so warm and welcoming, and has a wicked sense of humour. Highly recommend.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Owners, view, room, neighborhood, breakfast, service and two lovely dogs to stroke - a perfect place! Greetings and we will definitely come back for a bath in the pool 😊 see you soon <3

the only note would be to highlight that to stay here it’s highly recommended to hire a car as transport options outside of a taxi are not very practical!

We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend staying here for a vacation with baby. The appartment was very well equipped, the baby bed was also provided. We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time exploring the region and the neighborhood. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive at all times. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

Air-condition was not very powerful and the property didn’t have daily housekeeping as stated on Booking site. This is a minus….

Fantastic location. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. We felt very welcome and were given a great local restaurant recommendation. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

The internet was not very strong, although for us it was not a problem.

Wonderful place! The room is big, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The owners are very kind and helpful. We had our breakfast in the garden enjoying the beautiful nature.

Excellent location immersed in the Tuscan nature. Great breakfast; the rooms offer a charming character in line with the surroundings. The pool offers a good opportunity to further relax, especially in the hot summer days that we encountered. Silvia and Patrizio make sure to help out, and are great persons to make friends with. Cannot forget to mention the lovable Gastone, a cute Weimaraner dog.

The wifi worked but was really slow.

The room was just renovated. We had two rooms and good kitchen in our room. ac worked really well. Pool area was also really nice. Staff didn’t speek so good English but were helpful and really friendly. The roead there was on decent condition but the house and parking area road is steep. Hair dryer was really good.

Perfect place! Rooms are clean and very nicely decorated, charming garden and breathtaking views. And most importantly amazing hosts who make you feel at home and their dog Gaston is super sweet!

Should have been mentioned that it was Agriturismo, breakfast was mediocre, staff not very welcoming. Next supermarket was 7 km away.
