I’m cautious about raving about this property as I don’t want it to become too popular! We absolutely loved our stay and even extended whilst we were there. The facilities are incredible well looked after, everything is so clean! By far the real highlight is the staff, the professionalism and care shown by all staff. It’s the type of place you’d happily stay for a week - close enough to Taormina and Catania for some day trips but you’re able to escape the tourists and crowds at night! Also the hotel restaurant was spectacular - some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel! I want to keep this place my own little secret, but they deserve more attention. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, very elegantly designed with a lovely view of Etna. The pool is to die for. The restaurant serves a fantastic meal and the staff is very helpful. Although it’s a bit off the beaten path, we still had great day trips to Syracuse and Taormina. Highly recommend for a quieter, luxe stay.

Be aware that if you would like to travel seaside it take some time and it can be the only minus. But in other case it wouldn’t be so spacious and with those amazing mountains. Anyway, I very recommend it to feel that peace

It’s a spacious, luxurious, calm place to relax. You feel peaceful there and everybody are there to help you. We couldn’t get on time till reception is open and Valeria waited for us with the keys to show us our room. We really appreciate that ❤️

I would have liked an informal evening menu as well as the superb restaurant.

Modern and stylish country hotel in a beautiful rural landscape. Superb food, comfortable room. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Very quiet and calm. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great place to get away from it all and relax for a few days.

The restaurant whilst nice was very fancy with great food and we enjoyed our 1 meal here but it is expensive - it would be nice if there were some more reasonably priced dinner options .

A really nice gem with some amazing views . The pool area is really nice , breakfast is great and the staff are all lovely . We had a fantastic really relaxing stay here .

Our stay was really amazing! The estate was beautiful, all the staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The room we stayed in was clean and cosy. They also left umbrellas for the guests at the entrance to the buildings on rainy days. We would definitely reccomend Rocca to anyone!

The only thing were the tiny blue lights on the light switches by the bed. Made it quite difficult to have a fully dark room

An absolute gem in the countryside of Regalbuto. The view is unreal and the staff goes above and beyond. We had a brilliant time there and were sad we were moving on. Absolute a must-go if you love a bit of luxury, stunning views and perfect service!

Can’t fault it!

Stunning views, immaculate hotel & rooms. The service was faultless & the food is Michelin standard but for a very reasonable price. We were blown away by the whole experience & will definitely go back.

We wanted to go on a bike ride unfortunately the tires of the bikes were flat. We also asked for a fan as it was quite warm in the room for us but we should have mentioned it when booking as they didn't have one on hand. For us these were very minor things and definitely did not impact our stay!

The view was amazing, the staff very kind, welcoming and professional. The breakfast was comprehensive, tasty, and included. Everything was very neat and clean which added to the aesthetic and tranquility of the place.

Restaurant is too much fine dining for an agriturismo. Portions are too small. And breakfast service needs work. They cannot prepare proper poached eggs. Also why is it when one orders eggs you just get 1 egg? Who eats just 1 egg?

Amazing views and so quiet among nature. Staff great, owners also great as this is a family run business. Always ready to help you

Everything was perfect! The rooms and the facilities are splendid, the staff friendly and the food in the restaurant delicious. In the end we decided to have all dinners during our stay in the hotel while normally we love to discover local restaurants. Well done! :)

An extraordinary view in the rural landscape of Sicily. Quiet surroundings and carefully arranged property. A varied selection of fresh dishes for breakfast (it was a bit unusual only that they had to be chosen a day before). The private pool in front of the bungalow is beautiful, but unfortunately unheated and unusable in the late autumn days. Love the cats <3

Nothing - amazing hotel!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The staff are very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and really go the extra mile. The facilities are beautiful, we stayed in the bungalow and the views were like nothing we had seen before. Would highly recommend.

Only two small things: both of the receptionist were not really welcoming and nice, one of them was on the phone all the time, during check out as well. It’s a pity as they are responsible to make the first impression. All other staff was great. We didn’t consider the altitude and it was a bit colder than we expected during our trip in October, but it’s our fault. Something to think about next time.

Wow, what a gem! Stunning view, great design, excellent staff in the bar and restaurant makes you feel very well treated. The food was AMAZING, breakfast incredible, dinner was absolutely incredible. Totally recommend.

There is a dog shelter nearby and there was barking pretty much all night. We found this quite desturbing and annoying.

The views from the bungalow were incredible. The bungalow was spotless and had all we needed. The staff were professional yet very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and private pool was a great way to take in the views of Mt Etna.
