Smooth check-in, very friendly host, the room was clean and modern. There is also a shared kitchen and shared a terrace. The location is good and quiet, 2 min to bus stop(to center 10min by bus), many restaurants nearby and Vatican 10 min by walk. A breakfast for guests is in a cafe nearby, coffee and sandwich/pastry is included. I definitely recommend this place.

The hot.water seems to be weak.

The location is perfect. There's a great bakery just downstairs. The host is very helpful and work hard to keep the whole place nice and neat.

Only the wifi reception was pretty much bad almost all the time, but i assume that was because the router was too far from the first room next to the entrance. But except that everything was really great

Everything was clean, the heating was good, also the bathroom was really nice and clean. We really had everything we need for our 5 days stay. Also the host was highly responsive, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Very conveniently located near the Vatican and in a quiet area. Lovely to have a breakfast option included at the cafe next door. A compact but very comfortable room off a communal entrance, with shared kitchenette for coffee/tea making and for storing food in the fridge. A lovely shared terrace that was great to sit and drink a few beers at the end of a big day of sightseeing. Andrea was a lovely accommodating host. 20 minute walk to the Valle Aurelia Train station.

The area seemed a little too off the beaten track for taxis and ubers, they didn't seem to want to pick up there. The metro and bus system is very good and we were able to easily walk to trevi fountain and the vatican.

The owner Andrea and property manager Dany were incredibly helpful and kind. Helped us figure out logistics and transport back and forth. We loved the terrace. Accommodations are simple and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is charming and had great food options. The breakfast coupon allowed for a lovely pastry and cappuccino right outside our door.

Dear Capoccia Team (Andrea, Daniela and Claudia), we thank you for the wonderful stay we've had in Rome thanks to you! Everything was great, our room was spacious enough, very nicely decorated and with AC. I also appreciated the hair dryer and the extra blanket. Communication was smooth, all necessary details were provided in due time. Besides the recommendations and useful info we've found in our room, Andrea gave us some tips and tricks about some nearby restaurants and we had a nice meal thanks to him! Breakfast is nice (tipic italian breakfast - coffee and something sweet), enough options to choose from. Last but not least, the cleanliness was exceptional. We definitely recommend you and hope that one day we will see you again!

Small complaint, as with all of our accommodations in Italy, that the shower and sink don’t drain.

This is the same in European hotels; they don't provide slippers, which is not very friendly for Asian travelers. it's advisable to bring your own slippers with you. WiFi is a bit weak but it's not a big deal

The bed and the pillow were very firm, but this is just a personal point of view. There were some mosquitoes in the room.

Very clean, the host was very nice and he was cleaning the room every day. The bar where we had the breakfast was close to the apartment(good food and coffee). The bus/metro station was at 5/8 minutes distance.

The A/C was great. The room and bathroom were spacious. The place was fairly close to the nearest subway. The bonus coffee and pastry/sandwich daily was very nice. The bakery near the front door was great. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent. If I have to say something slightly negative, that's the transportation time to the city centre, although it is pretty straight forward with the public transportation available near the property.
