The location was very good, subway station nearby, so the central is easily accessible. Restaurants can be found also in the area. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was really helpful, I will definitely come back here, when visiting Roma.

Walls are pretty thin and you can hear if people are talking in the corridor or in the kitchen. Kitchen can only be used during breakfast, but the included breakfast is served in a cafe elsewhere, which renders the kitchen (and the terrace) a bit useless. Nice addition anyway. The room didn't have a fridge or a safe. The breakfast includes a coffee and a pastry or a toast.

The location was good being very close to Vatican. Ensuite bathroom was of good quality. Room was spacious enough and clean. The terrace is a nice addition. Staff was friendly and informative. It was nice that a breakfast was included.

Great location, warm welcome, quick check in, clean and comfortable room with a convenient bed. Have enjoyed the stay. A lot of places to go around to eat, also Vatican is like 5-7 minutes. I did not expect to have a such nice place for that money. Will for sure recommend and come back in case of travel to Rome

Location is excellent, in a mature area, quiet and tranquil. I booked this for my husband who was badly in need of a good, restful holiday. Will definitely book again. He rates it 10.....high praise, indeed, as he lived in Rome for several years. Well-connected with Ottaviano Metro stop close by, taking you to all the well-known landmarks, Barberini, Piazza di Spagna to name just two. Breakfast was an arrangement with a caffè close by. The usual, coffee, croissants, and a panino if you were still hungry. Great service, lovely room, shower facilities extremely clean, as was the room, and, indeed, the whole place. As I've already said, I'll book this location again.

I Had a great stay at Roma Capoccia and would totally recommend it. Vatican is in walking distance and the next Metro Station is not far. Also the B&B was very clean and tidy, the room was spacious and pretty.

The walls are very thin, so I woke up at 4:30 because my neighbor was talking on the phone. Breakfast is a sandwich or some pastry so don’t depend too much on it 😄

The staff was nice, friendly and explained everything very clearly. The room was quite comfortable, clean and also I had a great time working on a terrace.

The windows are right out the terrace, so there’s not a lot of privacy if you want your window open.

Nice location, close to the metro, and you can easily walk to the city center. Breakfast is served a a local cafe further down the street. The owner are easy to contact trough WhatsApp.

It was a wonderful visit to this BNB in Rome's historic centre. Located in this lovely neighbourhood near Vatican City, which might well be Rome's safest district, the metro station is within walking distance. A double bed, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom are included in the accommodation. The room has also air conditioning, which is very useful in the summertime. I particularly like their terrace space (garden), where you can sit and relax with a cold drink while chatting with like-minded neighbours. Thanks to their regular cleaning service and stylish interior design, everything looks brand new. The wooden floor is cool and lovely to walk on. Finally, but certainly not least, the amazing breakfast! For those who have never visited Italy, sharing a real Italian breakfast with locals is an unforgettable experience! You probably believe you are the happiest person on the planet, surrounded by hedges and flowers, ordering a coffee or freshly made juice with hot tuna sandwiches.

At night you could not sleep with the window open as the street was a bit noisy. However, there is air conditioning, so you could sleep well even with the window closed :)

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modernly furnished (as in the pictures). Breakfast at Café Barrio (sandwich, croissant, orange juice, cappuchino) was also delicious. Thank you very much for the great stay!

The location was a little further out than I expected but it was in the local neighbourhood rather than tourist surroundings. Close to Prati and Vatican end of the city, far from the hustle and bustle of the centre

Andrea met me at the property. He was so lovely and nothing was too much to ask. Contact prior to the arrival was fast and easy to hand too. Rooms were big with big en-suite. There’s a little garden area which was lovely to have with the sun and a coffee.

The only problem: it was almost impossible to get hot (or even warm) water in the early morning. I had to spend 20 minutes in the shower till the water was at least a little bit warm. Not sure if it's the general problem in Rome or something is wrong with the building / property.

A very hospitable house manager and a very nice location next to Vatican City! The room and most importantly the bathroom were clean and tidy. The room was overall comfortable and safe, although it didn't feel like a place where you would chill and relax. Still a perfect place for those who only plan to spend nights there.

Andrea/owner is very responsive and always ready to help, he knows good English. Facility is close to Vatican city, close to the metro and easily accessible to main attraction. Next to the hotel you can find bakery (Panificio Boci) where you can get best cripsy pizzas in Rome. Strongly recommend to stay there. Andrea, keep doing great job! Thank you!
