The shower cap was dripping a lot. It was clean but there were dust webs on the ceiling, very high ceiling. And it was expensive. Maybe it is not so expensive for Rome, but still...

The Bathroom is built inside the bedroom which is a bit strange. the water will leak to the floor.. but it's acceptable. The room is a bit cold even though I turned on the AC. The city tax is a bit expensive :( but have to pay

It is like you stay with all the neighbors on the floor. You can hear them taking showers, getting ready in the morning or fixing wifi at 11 pm like it happened while we were there.

I loved the location. Very close to nice restaurants and the Vatican. Also - close to transport and only 10 minutes away from the hop-on hop-off bus. But we could hear our neighbors, some of them would go to bed late, and some would get up early.. So sleep was not something I enjoyed at this apartment.

The room was very small and quite noisy. There was a water leak on the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying.

Location was beyond amazing, right next to Vatican! The room was clean and had everything that we needed, there even was an iron. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, lovely stay in Rome for a great price.

The cleanliness wasn’t the best . Stayed for 3 night they only changed my bed sheets once , they don’t have all the proper toiletries, just 2 mini soaps and there was dust in the room and toilet. My expectation from the pictures that I’ve seen of the rooms compared to when you see it in real life are a bit different . Overall was ok would recommend for the price and location.

the rooms have very thin walls so you can hear everything from neighbors. Some of the guests were having a party, screaming, laughing loudly, probably drunk. But this is not the host’s fault, it s about uneducated people who don’t know to respect privacy.

location was great! I appreciate the fact that was clean, bed was good and that we had a iron in the room. Luigi, the host was very nice and kind, helping us with details, answered very quickly. Also I find the booking cheap having into consideration the central area. You go out from the building and Vatican is closeby, restaurants, shops, gelato.

Only thing was the breakfast was not in hotel in small cafe which was only very small crossiant and coffee available which the option had fruit or something else. Ended up going somewhere else breakfast another morning. But my only criticism was the Breakfast option but over all Still recommended.

It was perfect for what we needed when visiting Rome bed shower and the air conditioning was amazing especially with the time of year when it was in high 30's. Perfect location for beinging not in busy end where was slightly cheaper then in middle Rome close to public transport and load different restaurants to choose from. Super Clean Highly recommended.

Just two points, but they were not so bad. Shower had a little slow water drain. We could hear the bathroom from the other room, but only at the morning(perhaps we have returned like the last in the evening so others heard us in the evening).

Room was very nice. Bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure. AC was working fine. There was heating with visualization of fireplace(we just used visualization without heating). Towels were changed daily. Breakfast was in café about 200m away where you can have coffee(machiatto was perfect)+crossaint(could be filled, which we discovered on last day).

The air conditioner made noise and kept me up at night as well as the people in the hallway walking in or out (the noise in the hall easily heard in room). The ceramic cups in the room were not clean (we tried to use it on the last day) and the bathroom floors were also not clean (long hairs that were not ours surrounding the toilet). The cleaning crew had an opportunity to correct this issue, but didn't (they entered the room to clean when we were in town). On another occasion, the cleaning people didn't knock to enter the room (luckily I had the room locked from the inside). One of the reasons I picked this stay was for the breakfast, but the breakfast was, what some consider to be, the typical Italian breakfast (croissant and coffee) which did not meet my expectation. Also, the payment options was cash or card through a link that is emailed on the spot.

The room temperature was comfortable, Carmen was great in getting us settled and the location to the Vatican was outstanding.

Excellent location, Prati is one of the most charming neighborhoods of Rome with nice cafes and restaurants. Walking distance for sightseeing as well.

There was nothing I did not like. If I was being super picky there is limited space in bathroom shelf wise to lay out possessions - would have been cramped with 2 of us and nowhere in shower to put gel/shampoo down other than the floor - not a problem if you are more bendy than me! As I say - everything else was so good and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful that easy to just ignore this. This would just have added super-perfect to perfect!

Very clean and comfortable and "charming" visually - felt like staying somewhere with character. Plenty of space for moving around and storing clothing, bags etc. All facilities worked well, looked very looked after. Excellent location although got caught out with Rome closing metro line for rest of year from 9pm so a bit random getting home by bus at night. So glad I had google maps! Plenty of cafes, restaurants supermarkets within minutes. Cafe Mozart opens 6am and great breakfast choice! Bathroom well equipped, nice quality towels and shower gel etc. Host is so helpful especially to dumbos who find it hard following instructions on mobile phones!!! Always there if any problems very quickly. Gold star rating! Keys and code entry easy to use. Area very safe, I didn't notice any noise or disturbance and an ice cream shop right next door open late as well! Would 100% come back and recommend to anyone.

Very bad soundproofing we could hear everything in the night like people shouting at 4 in the morning. We found an empty dirty pizza box on the shelf. You couldn't get a drink despite the kettle and the cups..
