Not easy to find as the "hotel" is just one suite of rooms among many in an old Roman apartment block. But the host sent a video which helped.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value for money, not far from Termini Station. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II gives the neighbourhood a healthy green uplift.

Neighbourhood isn't really that superb and clean. It is, however, anywhere in the big cities around main train station, you get to see some shadows, but it isn't too dark, almost bearable, or manageable. Also I didn't check it was shared bathrooms, yet it wasn't too stressful as only share with other two rooms.

Hotel is extremely clean and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for navigating the city, close to the station.

The hotel is in the City centre more or less but it makes it easy to walk everywhere. Very close to Roma Termini station. The room was lovely comfortable and clean! Thanks X

Very close to Termini station - some 15 minutes walking or even less! The room was nice and clean, and there's also a lift in the building - the ancient one:D - but working perfectly - the apartment is on the first floor, but if you have a big suitcase - it does matter!:) Emanuele was super nice and friendly - we haven't met in person but 5 minutes after I booked the room I got his message - he sent me "step by step" video manual concerning how to get to the apartment and in general seemed to be a very positive person!:)

SUPER loud noise even with the windows shut. SUPER dim lights in the room. The price is not so budget-friendly if you visit during peak season. But it is Rome, so this should be expected.

The self-service check-in was smooth, and the owner was very friendly and responsive. Walking distance from Roma Termini, but it is not a very nice neighborhood for walking. Cleanliness is good.

The building is a bit old and there was mold but it was ok.

The room was clean and had all basic things. It is located near Termini station. I did self check in... they sent me the instructions and everything was ver clear and easy. Martina was very nice and was always available on whatspp. The towels and bed were clean and the shower was hot. I had everything that I needed 😁

The bed was uncomfortable: creaked in every move, the construction was broken and the mattress had bedsores.

Self check in method was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was provided with fridge, hairdryer, a/c, WiFi. Location was ok: supermarket nearby, 15 minutes walking to Termini, 30 minutes walking to the historical center.

The smell of the towels, they should wash them in another place, It was impossible to use them. The shower was throwing water in all places . The mattress of the bed needs to be change, in this situation it’s not streight and you have back pains.

During the three days of we stay, did not see anyone from the hotel staff. The owner indicated a tourist tax of 7 euros per person per night, when in fact the tourist tax per person per night in a two-star hotel in Rome is only 3 euros per night. The iron and kettle are shared for everyone. But in fact, there was no iron or kettle in the place for three days, because one of the guests took it to his room, and the hotel owner did nothing about it. Therefore, we were without hot drinks for three days and were photographed in crumpled clothes. The shower is in bad condition. It is impossible to drain the water. And when you want to take a hot shower, cold water will flow on top of you, and this cannot be fixed in any way

To start with, the internet was very weak, then lock of our wash room was broken, the bed was extremely noisy. Our room was right at the corner of street so the area was also noisy to sleep as some work was going on.

Too far from access, Termini gives the wrong impression that the place is near to Bus / Train station. Transport is a big problem. Price is too high for such a location

Just some nitpicking. There is no warm water. Not ideal after coming back sweaty but there was still cold water. The bed was not really comfortable, cushion too tall and soft and the matress too hard but that's just my opinion. And that's also just my opinion but the smell of the towels were kinda sour as if they washed it with vinegar which I didn't really like. There are worse ones but also better ones in the same price range. All in all I would say it was ok.

Even though the neighborhood doesn't look nice at all it is very near to Termini, Mazoni and other bus stops that can get you easily everywhere. They are just a 5 min walk away. Self-Check in by request. Clean. Bath and toilet necessity available. The images are exactly how the room was. Everything that was being offered is written in their description.

The room is listed with a private bathroom, which was one of my main reasons to book this over other options, but on arrival, we found that the bathroom is in fact shared with other guests. Also, we didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay.

Before I arrived I was afraid because of some reviews, but it turned out to be a great stay. The room was clean and it was cleaned every day. The WiFi worked, there was a fridge and the air conditioner in the room. Also, the location is great, it is just some step of the public transportation and a supermarket and coffee places are just around the corner. The people who work there were kind and very helpful. They always replied to my messages quickly and attended to my requests. I really recommend the place. 😊
