Amazing location, how great to open the window in the morning and see the colosseum and Roman forum! Very comfortable beds. Luigi was very helpful and accommodating.

What an amazing experience, from the excellent communication and warm welcome from Luigi to the thoughtful extras such as cake and wine. Fabulous view each morning with the beautiful church bells and great location...we walked everywhere! Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic location literally on the doorstep of the Colosseum and a few steps from the Metro. Met by the property owners and shown around the property. The extra touches of some basics in the fridge, cakes and biscuits and a bottle of wine were lovely.

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. Luigi and his wife met us at the apartment and showed us everything. They were very helpful and friendly. They also left many treats in the kitchen. It was great. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone going to Rome

Unbeatable location, communication, property and quite simply the apartment was very special and the hosts are excellent. The range of grocery items provided was well thought out and easily covered the period until you can visit a supermarket with a some special items.

Luigi was absolutely the best! he helped set up transfers and also left breakfast, dessert & Wine. i would never stay anywhere but Luigi's home in Roma again.

Host Luigi was exceptional - our train was delayed getting in which I’m sure impacted his day, but he was at the door upon our arrival to let us in, give us an overview, and a wonderful bottle of bubbly.

Everything, the view the apartment was beautiful, The hosts were amazing, leaving us cake, Prosecco and supplies, helping us with our luggage, taxis ect. All round brilliant hosts to their lovely apartment. So welcoming, it made our last days in rome very memorable

This apartment was very well appointed. The location near the Colosseum was beautiful at night and walking distance to everything. Owners were very nice. It was perfect for our family. We loved it!

Great location with a great view of the Colosseum and close to the Metro Station. Property was amazing and the owners very friendly and helpful and replied to any texts very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcomed feature at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Very minor but as you are so close to the Colosseum and the forum it can take a bit longer to walk round to get to places like Trastevere

Lovely welcome from very nice people. Luigi and Christina were waiting and greeted our cab on its arrival from the airport. We were given directions on the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. There was a welcome pack that did us for breakfast and it was a really nice touch. The metro stop was right outside the apartment and we made great use of it. The apartment is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of five

for a couple of days one of the bathroom was emitting a really pungent drain like smell. don’t think there was anything the host can do. it went away after a few days

spacious. clean. well equipped. most helpful host ever. definitely going back there again. the location is superb. by the third day, my 14 yos are able to walk back from the shops at via del cavour

Luigi was amazing welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay! The rooms are clean and the view is the BEST!!! Amazing location with delicious restaurants nearby. We will recommend this place to family and friends. 😀
