Beautiful apartment with everything you could want. Wonderful and helpful host. Easy 20 min walk to the centre of town, or a quick ride on the bus at the front door.

Our only negatives are the bed is very firm, too firm for us (but this is personal preference), and the shower pressure is a little underwhelming. BUT, the apartment has everything you need and more, including a private outdoor terrace, which is perfect to enjoy those breakfast pastries and a glass of chianti.

The entrance to the building itself is wonderful, with stoned steps up to the main inner door. The apartment itself is light and airy, with gorgeous exposed beams and benefits from air conditioning throughout. A nice bottle of chianti was awaiting us, together with breakfast pastries and bottled water. As well as a full tour and familiarisation of the apartment, Enzo will also talk you through where all the cities main attractions are, bus routes & numbers should you need them, and also the recycling bins location. It's nicely located just outside the city wall, 8-10 mins walk from Piazza Cesare Beccaria and a large supermarket. A brilliant gelateria and Gennaro's Neapolitan bakery is literally round the corner. Just don't forget to take a ticket! If and when we come back to Firenze, this is where we will stay.

The apartment was beautiful and in a handy location easy walking 20 minutes to town centre. Our host met us at the door and gave us an amazing brief on all we needed to know to have a successful stay and to enjoy the sights of Florence.

Spacious and clean appartment with all facilities available that you require. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby at walking distance. Private secured parking space available around the corner for 10 euros a day. It was a really pleasent stay.

That I didn't stay longer.

It was a wonderful apartment to visit Florence. Hosts were extremely helpful, and everything I required was available. Location was an easy walk to town, and simple access for taxis to train station. Costing just under 20 euro. The apartment I stayed in was on the second floor and had no lift. This was not an issue for me, especially as the host assisted with my luggage. I am very grateful for that. The terrace was lovely to enjoy a coffee of a morning, unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy of a night due getting back late of the nights I stayed.

Many thanks to Paola for this luxurious, spacious, cozy, light, impeccably clean and incredibly well-stocked apartment (complete with a bottle of wine, coffee capsules and some snacks). It definitely shows when owners are truly hospitable and detail-oriented. Moreover, the apartment has its unique character and style, with a mix of vintage and modern. And of course, the location is superb, in a nice quarter very close to the historical center. Simply perfect, not a single complaint whatsoever (and I am quite picky). We were in awe and will definitely recommend it to anyone.

The only thing that I might mention here, the lack of a second bathroom.

Amazing and stylish place in the heart of Tuscany, Florence. It was a comfortable and cozy retreat after hours of wandering around lovely Firenze. The place is very clean and well equipped, you will have everything you think of. The bus station is just 40m away, direct connection to Firenze SMN. You also find supermarkets and cafes at a short walk.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, its a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It's was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Florence. It had everything we needed and was so clean. Excellent host couldn't be more helpful and gave us loads of recommendation for places to visit and eat. Would highly recommend to anyone

We stayed for four nights and everything was perfect! The flat is spacious and at a convenient location- Enzo explained everything to us clearly and made great recommendations to us. The hosts went above and beyond helping us to arrange taxis when we had an early meet up for a tour as well. Our group was very happy and my friend had a fantastic birthday trip! We would definitely stay here again!

The place is amazing! So spacious and comfortable and in a perfect location. The host is simply the best - super helpful and very kind. We were very, very happy and if we ever come back to Florence we will stay in this apartment again.

The dining table is antique but a bit broken and not comfortable.

Nice apartment on the mezzanine floor. Friendly and sociable host, met and provided full information. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. The owner provided a parking space next to the house for only 8 euros per day. We are very happy with our stay!

Few furniture could have been more strong as sometimes difficult to open and close.

This accommodation is really worth it. It exceeded our expectations than what we saw in the advertisement. The host explained to us step by step and guided us through the entire apartment . The welcome snacks especially the biscuits were awesome.
