Excellent location right by the Spanish Steps and not far from the Trevi Fountain. The room had everything we needed and the balcony was a bonus. Maia was very helpful and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

For breakfast we could order anything we wanted and it would be ready for us the next day in the kitchen/sitting area. Maya would take care of things and she was always ready to help also with other stuff than just taking care of breakfast. Our room was nice and big and had a view to the street and the theater laying just on the other side of the street. The cleaning of it was also a big thumbs up. The owners Gianni and Gabriella were also super nice people that did everything to make our stay feel great. They helped with whatever we asked them of. On top of it we also found out the the place actually is very well centered for everything. A lot of the stuff you want to see as a tourist is close by. All in all a very great stay and we were a little nervous when we arrived and really couldn't see any big sign for the place. But that was put to shame. If we ever come back to Rome we are gonna stay here for sure. :)

It was the perfect location between the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps! The hosts were very communicative and we easily had access to the apartment/room. The room was spacious enough for two and cleaned daily!

Just being picky but a little bit noisy at night until around 11pm because of the theatre across the road (didn’t really bother us as we were not in bed until late anyway) was a little difficult to work out access in the beginning but hey, that’s just us. Would have been handy to have had a fridge in the room but there is a shared fridge in dining room which was ok.

Location was perfect, room was super clean, balcony was a real plus. Beautiful lobby area and kitchen/dining room. Maya was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again!

Being opposite the theatre made it a very noisy experience of a night time for a couple of hours.

Really friendly host and always on hand if we needed anything. Very accommodating to our needs, and being flexible with regards to breakfast and vacating the property. Very clean. Presented with treats each day which was lovely! Excellent value for money and well located within walking distance of many attractions. Would highly recommend. Liked the electronic keys to get into the property and room.

Asked the property to organise a 'taxi' to take us to Ciampino. The driver wanted 55 Euro. No chance. Cancelled it immediately. Taxis everywhere on the main road and only charge 32 Euro.

Our room overlooked the theatre. Due to poor curtains in the room, we were kept awake all night by light from outside flooding into the room. When we raised this problem with the owners, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They quickly rectified the problem, were sincerely apologetic and even gave us complimentary breakfast. This is why I scored the room 8/10 and not 10. Property 2 mins to the Spanish Steps and 5 mins to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast simple but adequate.

I can’t think of anything to complain about.

The location was in the heart of the historic centre with easy walking to most of the sights, yet it was a quiet street for sleeping at night. Several good restaurants on the street, that we enjoyed for morning coffee, pizza and pasta. It was a large room, with small balcony overlooking the street, very comfortable bed, and welcome snacks to enjoy with tea that we could make in the room. There is a breakfast room and reception, that we’re both “unmanned” for our stay, but we used the breakfast room table to play scrabble on. It was a welcome oasis after a day of touring. I have already recommended this place to friends going to Rome.

Nothing- we loved everything!

Excellent location and beautiful room with a balcony…every detail was lovingly thought out…so very pretty and romantic! Netflix on the tv above the fireplace…a very comfortable bed and a super hot shower…everything was extremely comfortable and clean… The hosts were amazing and very quick to respond…super friendly and sweet! Highly recommend this guest house- we will be coming back here for sure!

Only two foam pillows, extra pillows were feather - which we could not use as I am allergic to them. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but my husband did not like it (I provided my own due to allergies).

The site of the property is perfect for exploring Rome on foot or by bus. Nice room and excellent helpful hosts.

This was a lovely little hotel in a great location. We were greeted by Dani when we arrived and every morning that we stayed there. She was so fabulous and such a great help to us! Our room was small but it has everything you could need. The area was very quiet at night but well situated with lots of shops, restaurants and landmarks, just around the corner.
