It’s not their fault- but it’s very noisy because it’s on the Main Street. Ofc you can shut the window and turn air condition. There is a beautiful garden and it would be great if they could have some sitting area there because room doesn’t have a balcony.

Nice, big room with bathroom. Very clean. Cleaning lady is there every day although it’s not a hotel. In the room you have small fridge, and welcome “basket” if you’re hungry early in the morning 🫢 there’s a common room where you can chill and make yourself a coffee or tea. Coffee is great (lavazza coffee machine). Metro station is 4 minutes away. Room is on good location.

Very good location, just a short walk to Colosseum and the rest of the sights. The area is quiet and busy enough to feel safe walking home at night. The building is quite impressive, with a nice garden and huge doors, and the room is renovated for the most part, so the bathroom is really good, while the rest of the room is small but comfortable. The host was very helpful, allowing us to drop our bags early and responded quickly to our messages and calls. I recommend it, value for money.

Great central location to walk or take the metro and buses. The staff left a nice little note wishing us happy Easter along with chocolate easter eggs and the traditional colomba. These little details make a difference. Overall, the suites were decorated beautifully and the communal area had coffee, tea, cutlery etc.

The room I had was right on the street with lots of traffic, so it was noisy, but this is Rome. The huge rubbish bins just below the window were emptied every night between midnight and 1 am. Even with earplugs I was still awake. But you cannot blame the owners.

The room is located in the centre of Rome, so you can reach all the main attractions and the historical centre in 15 to 20 minutes. The room corresponds to the pictures and offers a fridge, sweets, shower accessories and more. It is very clean and comfortable. You can access the room through three different door codes, which increases security. The house is beautiful and has the charm of a typical palazzo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with checking in or out.

Great location in the San Giovanni area. Very nice neighbourhood with lots of lovely restaurants and convenient to the metro. The room was a great size, very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the snacks which were left in the room, and tea and coffee was available in the communal area.

Although the check-in/check-out are fully contactless, the instructions provided were exhaustive and the process went very comfortably. Clean, conveniently located close to the subway station. For guests coming by car: Enough public parking spaces around and a secured parking in the same block of buildings.

Not too many restaurants nearby, rooms a bit small for a family, but still fine. Played games in the evening on the table in the common room. No coffee in the room itself.

Easy to find, safe location, near metro, near Colosseum, with some luck street parking available nearby. Clean. Wifi is good, coffee machine in the common space. Quick communication with owner through booking app and/or WhatsApp.

The location is perfect, in a very fancy residential building, we liked it a lot. Both the bus station and the metro are very close, you can reach the Colloseum in 20 minutes on foot. I highly recommend.

Just thé toilet seat was broken and had some stains on the lid. The shower door wasn’t secure. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Liked the area, bedroom had a very vintage feel. Was very cute. Great location to jump on a bus/train metro. Very good 😊

Hard to sleep during the night because the room were we stayed overlooks a street with a very intense traffic! Even if we had the windows closed, there wasn’t much difference regarding the traffic noise!

The place was clean and in a very beautiful building. The location is 20-25 min walk to the Colosseum.
