It was clean and comfortable. If you feel like a hotel, there is also a room cleaning service if you want every day. The neighborhood is quiet and nice! I stayed comfortably and well!

It’s hard to find fault with such a nice guesthouse! The only minor inconvenience was the lack of shelf space and few hooks in the bathroom.

A lovely little apartment tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was beautiful, clean, and bright. All the fixtures and amenities worked properly and the king size bed was very comfortable. The virtual keys were a little confusing at first but we quickly got used to them (be sure to have a working mobile phone with data during your stay). We appreciated the good communication with the hosts, the quirky vintage elevator that worked surprisingly well, and the complimentary snacks after a long day of plane travel. While the location is a bit of a walk to a metro station, there are many convenient bus stops nearby that efficiently connect you with all the places you could want to go in the city, throughout the day and evening.

I might choose a different concept (hotel with breakfast) next time but it worked well for Rome where you can easily get delicious food anywhere anytime. The room was quite small - great for sleep, but not that comfortable if you want to do some work. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are loud.

Customer service is superb, absolutely above expectations. The location is close to city center but calm. The apartment is nice, the room cozy and bed comfortable.

Great silent and safe location but no far away from the centro storico. Helpful owner, convenient check-in with the app, hospitable with coffee and snacks, great bathroom commodities, netflix avaible and great to have a bottle of wine to buy at the appartment to chill out. Shower pressure wasn’t really good, the temperature of the water changed while showering… Location is good, but it’s a 12 min walk to metro..there are a few buses nearby but you usually need to make a change or two to get to some popular parts of town like Trastevere or Borghese gallery etc. Tho it’s not a problem if you don’t mind walking and if you have a weekly travel card 😅

Everything was great! It felt really comfortable and it was perfect for our 7 day stay. Snacks were great and refilled daily, there is a nespresso machine in the room and an espresso machine in the common area so we were very lucky and had great coffee throughout our stay. There is market nearby (Tiger market) and Conad market with great prices and choices not too far away. The bed was very nice and comfortable also, great for our weekly stay. Also there is a mini fridge in the room! Our hosts were exceptional and really helpful. Cleaning of our room was delightful and done with great care :) we’d love to come back at some point!

Everything was perfect

The apartment has a cool vibe to it and it is very clean, it can be seen that the wonderful hosts, Andrea and Massimiliano care about their guests and the whole experience. They were also very pleasant and hospitable and they helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We are really satisfied with our stay and we will surely come back here again the next time we are in Rome. :)

Needed internet access to get into the apartment but that was easy to sort out.

Room was clean and comfortable, nice atmosphere. Snacks left for guests, staff very helpful with local tips and advice. Great restaurants nearby, and great location! Quick and easy to get into city centre.

It is a 13 min walk to the metro and the location is a little further out from the city centre. Definitely a more residential area but it is well connected by bus.

Newly renovated, super clean and thoughtful touches like coffee machine, tea/coffee, filtered water, yoghurts and a heap of little snacks to help yourself to in the shared kitchen. Very contemporary finish inside and secure apartment. Thank goodness there’s a lift for your luggage! Fantastic and responsive host.

This accommodation was excellent - facilities were modern and clean and the staff are very helpful throughout. Everything that we needed (and more!) was provided. The location is not right by some of the tourist spots but that means it is nice and peaceful, plus you can easily walk into the centre of the city in ~25 mins. It’s also an easy walk to the catacombs via the Appian way. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I were to return to Rome!

I loved how clean the place was, and it was just like photos on the website. The host was super nice and friendly! I also loved the facilities and almost anything you need during your stay you can find it! Great location, very calm and close to most touristic places. Access to the apartment was through and app which is super easy, not for me tho, as I hadn’t yet had the internet connection. However by calling the host, I was able to access. make sure to have the internet and your phone isn’t out of charge.

Great location, very close to metro station. Apartment is located on 4th floor on a quite street. Nice cafe is located just around the corner with pastry, ice cream and coffee. In general, you can find many places in a neighborhood to grab some food. Huge plus: coffee machine, yogurt, water and cookies are included :) Apartment is new and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and provided all possible support before the arrival and during my stay.

Great host, very clean and comfortable rooms that have been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are a great size for a longer stay. Complimentary snacks and water are provided each day which is a nice touch. You can walk to the colosseum and other attractions from the guest rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which made it incredibly easy to visit popular sites like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Vatican City, and the Pantheon. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The host was very helpful and always available via WhatsApp if I had any questions or needed assistance. What I really appreciated was the convenience of the app-based automation for check-in and other services. It allowed me to have a more independent and flexible experience during my stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone wanting a comfortable and well-located hotel.

The shower is quite tight to get into. The gap is small and it is a bit of a squeeze. I completely understand that it’s for space but it is a small gap. Also, there is a step, in the bathroom I was staying in, which I did fall down. A bit of high vis tape or something to highlight the step would be perfect.

It was a spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows. The welcome biscuits, coffee , tea and juice was a lovely addition to the room too. It’s a bit far from the centre but the metro is 10 min walk away and there are buses close by too. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and looked after. Andrea and Massimiliano were very helpful and welcoming and provided recommendations of where to eat too.
