Top floor, lift wasn't great, wouldn't be ideal if you had suitcases. Walls very thin so you can hear everything from the other apartments meaning when others were up and about at 4am, we were awake too. Apartment although very close to the station, was a bit of a walk from all the main attractions.

Room was nice enough and it was clean which is the main thing.

Older building with small lift (steps to lift not suitable for those with mobility issues). Slow shower drain. Needs luggage rack. More storage in bathroom for toiletries would be helpful.

Good location (metropolitan atmosphere) with nearby reasonably priced cafes/restaurants. Walking distance to Termini train station & coach drop off/pickup point. Spacious room with tasteful decor, sunny balcony, good hot water & water pressure, hairdryer had multiple adaptors. Friendly & helpful staff (map & advice provided).

The Hot water in the shower was not easy to be adjusted but it was not a big problem

This hotel was perfect for my needs. It's ideally located, close to public transportation, so exploring the city was easy . My room was clean and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. As I spend most of my time sightseeing, a hotel like this was ideal and recommended.

Small room and shower cabin. Window's lockers were broken and I was unable to open and hold them in place in a windy evening without a chance to break them. AC was not working and bidet had a warm water issue, only cold water was running. Shower head was attached poorly and fell down on first try, almost hitting me. Bad placement of furniture in my opinion.

Great location, very near to central station of Rome (Termini). Very comfortable bed. Large wardrobe. Good concierge. Mint candy and a bottle of alcohol as a welcome gift were a nice touch. Overall, good room.

While small lifts are common in Rome, lift/elevator to the property on the fifth floor was tiny, meaning that two adults with suitcases needed to make two separate trips. And it doesn’t go all the way to the ground floor. This was only a minor inconvenience for two (able bodied) travellers.

Walls very thin, noise from next rooms disturbing. Up five flights of stairs lucky lift was working. Radiator in room on full couldn't turn down.

The elevator and bathroom would not suit bigger people. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was good for what we needed. Because we were in and out of rome we needed somewhere close to the train station. It was a 7 min walk to Roma Termini which mean we were in and out easily. I managed to hire a lime scooter and it was a 13 min scooter ride to get there which was a pleasant surprise.

We would have preferred a reception area that was staffed. When we arrived, the door to the hotel reception was locked, and we had to wait a while for someone to show up. The elevator left us hoping we would make it up or down without getting stuck. It was extremely small and creaky, so we chose to walk down whenever possible. We just didn’t trust it. Also, maybe we just didn’t have the magic touch, but we found it very difficult to maneuver the key properly to get into the building from the outside. Luckily for us, someone just happened to walk out, so we happily were able to enter after many attempts.

We had an early morning train to take from Roma Termini the following morning, so this place, being so close to the train station, seemed to fit the bill. Our room, although not large, was clean and fine for one night, and we liked having our own balcony. We also appreciated the small refrigerator, the complimentary water, the pleasant young man who checked us in and our nicely tiled bathroom that looked like it might have been new.
