the fridge was broken so we couldn’t store any of our food or drinks and they all went off on the first night- therefore spent more money on eating out etc. We mentioned this and it still was not fixed. we ran out of toilet paper and none replaced/ no one would collect the rubbish.

There is no reception, nor anyone you can turn to for something, but all in all it was not even necessary because everything was fine. Also, slightly weaker insulation and very weak water pressure

I cannot review the whole "hotel" because it is not hotel but a floor with several rooms. Also I can not review every single room, just room 607 where we have stayed for 4 days. Every single thing in the room ( except sheets and towels) was so dusty that we have tried to minimized walking around the room or even making much movement or otherwise a dust tornado will start spinning around the room. That said, walk carefully and try to avoid using blankets which were probably last washed sometimes at the beginning of Roman middle kingdom. Same goes for carpets, curtains, bed covers. Overall, day after checking out we are coughing and people starring at us, thinking it's corona (it's not we had to test ourselves) but real truth is that our organism is trying to fight with millennia old dust. Pictures provided by hotel are kind of a trap. Yes. They have couple of rooms which looks nice and have a balcony and looks clean (only saw them by passing by and doors are open but our room was not on one picture provided by hotel + it air conditioner made things even worse and there was not tea/coffee maker which are not important but still promised but not fulfilled. We have arrived late night and reception is not working at late hours (09-13h only) and complaining that late over whatsup would probably be useless.

Operation and maintenance teams need improvement. The room went out of power several times. Bad heating in the room.. In the reservation they mentioned that safety box available but its not working and they didnt provide solutions...

The bathroom is a bit old.

The first thing we want to say is, thst from the beginning,we had a winderfull contact with Rossella, the recepcionist. She answered all my questions, even before we arrived.The hotel is in an absoutly prvileged location,near to buses, metro, but also everything easy to each walking, if you like it. When we arrived, Rossellawas already waiting for us,she gave us a lot of good recommendations, and even,as the reception closed,she told us to contact her in case of need. We felt really that we was not allone in Rome. Thanks Rossella 🙂🙂🙂

The place got quite noisy at night and the people staying in other rooms were screaming/ laughing in the lobby at late hours of the night.

It was quite nice .reasonably priced. Recommended due to location.

The quality of this place is truly deplorable. Bad attention, bad service, inability to fix and fix problems. Two days without hot water. Even without water. Without Internet. There is no one who attends, there is no one who solves. Not recommended. This place is a complete, utter, and utter disaster. Never recommended.

Very peculiar that within building there are different ho(s)tels at each floor!! No proper reception desk, not a hotel… you should describe it as a hostel or a series of rooms …. They were clean, it’s okay for one night— poor wifi & no noise isolation between rooms…staff (one guy) was polite but poor english, poor italian

There was no hot water, the shower was broken, the door of the toilet doesn’t close. I have contacted the staff to fix it or provide a solution, but in the end could not have a proper shower at this place. The towels also smell like vinegar.

The WiFi did not work, the AC control was problematic, there is no form of ventilation in the bathroom, and most importantly, there was no room cleaning service. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and not once was the room cleaned, sheets were never changed, fresh towels were not given until specifically asked and even the trash bin was not emptied. Towels given didn't seem freshly washed. Accepted payment only by cash and didn't provide any receipt of payment.

We were promised Wifi and they never gave it to us. The floor manager said he would arrange some other way to give us Wifi but never got back to us again. The sink and shower stopped working and when we contacted the floor manager only the sink got fixed which meant we had to shower with water bottles. The next day we called him again but he didn’t answer. We messaged two other workers through Booking about this and when we got back to the hotel it was finally fixed. It’s not a hotel, there is no front desk. Be aware that you have to pay for your stay in cash so make sure you have the amount on you when you arrive. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

Good location, airconditioning, big windows and quite spacious rooms. Simple but comfortable.
