Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only issue we had at the hotel was that the water pressure in the shower was very low. This could have possibly be because we were at the top floor. We had an amazing time otherwise. Strongly suggest the travellers hotel for anyone travelling on a budget.
Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very central that you can walk to most of the tourist spots. There’s also good transport links to airport in the nearby termini station. There are some really good restaurants nearby too

RomaniaNo informations for entry, it's look Like a building where living neighbours, very confusing, we expect to find a sign or something to help us, we expect to find a building and reception to ground floor, we must ask around we're is, we going on last floor we're We finded few informations on the wall, were was indicated a phone number (little worried If it's right place) they must think we coming from abroad and You expect to find a reception or someone welcoming, we call the administrator to send someone, a men coming and bring us to to reception (reception located on last floor) You going out from lift in frond you'll find contact number then left , left again , there should be reception, at reception Man was little bit unrespectfull, thinking they accomodate guests from abroad, we don't request nothing extra, we just looking to accomodate We appreciate he offer us a map for free and explained few things what to visit, We ask to reception to pay for a upgrade room with widow on main Road and will pay for that he promise will let us know but never come back to us, we remain in room asigned from app, This can't be considerate hotel, In room I was upset first night only cold water, we let water 1 h thinking it's a problem because it's on last floor I just thinking to my wife, a minimum respect for their guests, second day morning we had hot water, then we speak with one of their personel to fix this problem, they must adapt to offer minimum condition, the bed it was very old but clean, I think they can improve at least this Two things and replace that tv it's not that expresive at least a second hand one

United KingdomThe apartment is situated on the 6th floor access to which is limited due to a small lift. The building was generally in disrepair. The plug sockets either side of the bed were broken and pushed into the walls so they were unusable and possibly unsafe.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Rome and is a short walk to all attractions. The room and bed was of a good size and we were provided with towels, pillows and blankets. There was also a hairdyer and WiFi.

GermanyThe bathroom toiletry was not cleaned up after the guests from before. The shower was not well designed and spilled all over. The cups were not washed. So overall cleanliness is not amazing.
Not far from Termini station, with an elevator and one of the last room available in all of Rome due to the Riders Cup. Given the price raises during that period the room was not expensive. Staff was friendly and fresh towels were provided every day.

SlovakiaRoom wasnt 20m² as proclaimed. Walls are very thin. Room and furniture are obviously heavily used and it shows, the cleaning needs to be more thorough and room needs to be renovated. Especially bathroom where were mold stains and shower which was clogged and full of limescale. Bathroom door had a punched hole in it, bed cover and curtains have seen better days.
Staff was super nice and helpful. Location superb. Cleaning lady came every day, made the bed and changed the towels (little bit unnecessary)

IcelandThere was water running in the toilet the whole week but we just kept the door closed during our sleep. Also we had to "fix" the shover head (my husband is a plumber) so it would work properly. When we came it was in the middle of the night and the code thing we were supposed to put a number into to get in to the rooms on the corridor was without electricity at that point of time. We tried to call all 3 numbers listed on the wall but no one answered and no one called us back :( We ended up forcing the glassdoor open to get in to the corridor.
We were happy with what we got for a low price. Bed was very good and everything was clean. Air condition was super good. It was nice to have a fridge to keep our drinking bottles cool.
