It's very nitpicking, the locking system could be a little hard to figure out. We did, but other guests didn't with the result of them keep slamming the doors.

Wifi worked around 75% of the time. It was not a big deal for us and probably won’t be a big deal for most travellers.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this place over 5 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly central (makes everything walkable), making it easy to explore the area. Decor and bathroom is fresh and modern. The host, Eduardo, was lovely and went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally locked my key in the room. The hosts are responsive and helpful. It’s a no brainer to book this place.

All is just amazing.

It's an excellent location, you can walk everywhere but still near the Metro station Spanish stairs. The view is great, you can also have a chat with seagulls which land on the terrace across the street. 😄 We have one of those. A restaurant that is a couple of steps outside offers a good choice of food and drinks. Rooms are clean with lots of clean linens and other stuff you need.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The owner was incredibly helpful. Small but clean and comfortable room. A LOT of slamming of a very heavy door at the entrance of the suite of various rooms. It seems people didn’t understand how to close the door behind you without slamming it once you entered. Might want to switch to a simpler lock system.

Great location. Very nice staff came daily to clean. Large shower for Rome. Spacious room. Owner makes it his duty to make sure everything is ok. I appreciated that. Very close walk to the Spanish Steps. Excellent shopping and restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend.

Everything! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed! The location was great, we could walk everywhere. Really great room with clean bathroom and a lovely balcony. You could hear some noise from outside, but when you live in the middle of the city thats part of the charm! We did not notice the other people in the other rooms, so very little noise from inside. Check-in and out was great, and they even helped us get a car for the airport as we had to leave super early. We’ll be back!

Due to its favourable position, you can go out at any time of day or night and always have something to do.
